Nemo's Fish & Chips in Denbighshire

Very fast, good fish, tasty batter, large servings. We ordered for a group of 12.

Never had such expensive Greasy fish and chips , fish came from freezer and chips cold sloppy and Greasy .🤮

I have never such poorly cooked chips and over priced fish and chips in my life, I went there today 21.6.22 for fish chips and peas £10.35!!! Disgusting!!!not even any forks you have to pay extra for that aswel,staff very rude would not go there again, I only gave it 1 star because there isn't any less . After coming home and reading the reviews I'm shocked how this place is still running,may I had the staff was rude unhelpful & when I complained about the poorly cooked food the guy there said if you don't like it don't bother coming back..I don't know how you can mess up cooking chips?? They must be the most easiest food to cook yet they managed to mess them up,I would like to know how many times do they cook their chips for them to be so hard!

We were here last week and had cod , chips & mushy peas which were all disgusting. The batter was almost thicker than the fish, the chips were dry and rubbery, the mushy peas tasteless. Staff weren't rude but not pleasant either. Over priced for what it was and charged for the wooden cutlery as well. We won't return.

Enjoyed the food. The fish was really excellent. Just a shame the staff were so miserable. A friendly smile costs nothing and ensures repeat visits.

Staff appaulling. Rude and unhelpful. Told me I was at the wrong counter then chatted to colleague and ignored me for 5 minutes until I had the audacity to ask if I would be served soon. He said "I'm coming now " like I was in the wrong!! Chips had been cooked and reheated which meant they were rubbery. Only good thing was the fish. Will not return.

Probably the worst chips I have ever had the misfortune to purchase, They certainly weren't freshly cooked & broke the wooden fork trying to pick them up. The Pukka pie was so over cooked & Dry that it would have been easier to chew the cardboard box & throw the 'so called food' away. Not even worth 1 star.

What can I say but overpriced, staff who have very little idea about customer service and the fish and chips .... well, the chips were quite good in fairness, but the fish was greasy, flavourless and soggy. I feel that the aim is not quality in serving the locals, but instead to make a quick buck from the tourist trade as they are in abundance. From my experience.... and rather pillaged wallet, I feel two stars is generous..

Overpriced ..fish and chips and chips they were stale and dry and not hot... peas were cold and for 11 pound you would expect a hell of alot better experience .... very dissapointed....

Nemo fish and chips in Llangollen is an excellent chip shop. The fish I had was really good really fresh succulent fish and the batter was really tasty and light. The chips are very good and the burgers are really tasty. I'd highly recommend I you visit Llangollen go to nemos for your lunch you won't be disappointed 😋
