Pizza Hut in Denbighshire

5 stars for our waitor Connor (Pizza Hut, Rhyl) who provided us with excellent customer service.

My wife, daughter and I had a really nice time friendly staff with great service... Would recommend.

Not alot of food for the cost. Ice cream factory wasn't up and running. Also had to use an app to order food. So if you don't have a phone or dyslexic you will struggle. Unprofessional staff shouting to each other. The various Pepsi flavours were not available. Just went to treat the kids. They hardly ate the food. The only good thing was the kids colouring sheet. Kept them amused. 1st time and last time I will go to pizza hut

went with grandson as he wanted to go for his 7th birthday, have to be honest it would not be my first choice for food. we had the buffet and I thought there wasn't as much choice as you would expect for the very high price we paid. my grandson enjoyed it so that's the main thing but for me it's a thumbs down 👎

Ordered a delivery tonight used deliveroo. chicken is burnt like charcoal. Please check what you sending to your customers.

Great store and lively staff, however when we went, the only crust left was american thin, and you only had limited stock left. Would have expected more to be available, but still delicious. Thanks.

Ordered on the app in the Rhyl branch and they ask for a tip before you receive any service. Salad bar was empty and very messy, no attempts to replenish. We waited 50 mins for our meat feast pizza and all we could taste was the very strong tomato sauce, very disappointing like the overall visit to this branch. I will never tip before receiving any kind of service again.

Staff were friendly so no comment there. The food was meh and overpriced by a long, long way, no atmosphere at all. I would not recommend.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Food was very good actually, was hot and very quick to be seated and served. Prices are a bit steep but that's just pizza hut. Great for families and kids of all ages. Nice decor and good restaurant layout.
