Porter's Delicatessen in Denbighshire

Awful attitude from the woman behind the counter. Then got the weight wrong & when i challenged the price she didn't offer to correct it but just said 'oh my eyes must be off today it's hard to cut the right amount'. I understand it is hard to get the right amount but going 50% over the requested amount is bad customer service. Wish I'd not bought it because of her terrible attitude - totally money motivated - would not recommend

Superb Independent business with a wide selection from other Welsh Independents. If you're ever in Llangollen I highly recommend popping in here.

A really good way to taste and buy quality cheeses. An added benefit is all the pickles etc. which you might want to accompany the cheese. The staff are charming and incredibly helpful.

Nice big wide selection of booze and cheese

The cheese smells but if you drink enough gin (which is amazing and for sale there) you'll cope.

I have been into this store on several occasions and I really love it. Today, I was looking for a birthday gift with a "Welsh" theme. I have to praise the owner for her help and patience. The gift ended up being a hamper which was beautifully displayed and wrapped. Excellent service, thank you. Diolch yn fawr.
