Waited almost an hour for food to arrive, when it did it was like warm. Had to send the chicken back as it was pink, was told it was just a vessel! Not good especially when you're 22 weeks pregnant! Chicken meals were taken off the bill.Terrible service from two young waitresses, one dumped plates on our table that we hadn't ordered and walked away. Was clearly annoyed with us when we called her back to say they weren't ours. The other was furious that we were sending pink chicken back!One other waitress was absolutely wonderful and couldn't be more apologetic for our terrible experience. We watched a few plates being sent back to the kitchen this evening from other tables. Definitely would not recommend and will not be returning.

Booked a table for 8 to be told to wait 10 minutes because our table wasn't ready. They came back to us 30 minutes later to say our table was being cleared and that it would be 2 minutes to then walk out 30 minutes after that because they wouldn't come over. Other people who came in after us we're getting a table other than us and then when walking out, we saw that there were at least 5 tables ready and clean which we couldn't have. Absolute joke. Over an hour waiting for nothing. Absolutely do not recommend. Service was awful.

Ordered a BBQ platter - no corn on the cob and no BBQ sauce so it was a burger and two sausages for £14… had to call the waitress (who was pleasant) over about 15 minutes after we’d finished our main courses - I hate doing that as it appears rude but the kids were starting to go mad - ordered desert. The profiterole sundae is described as ‘layers of profiteroles and ice cream with a profiterole on the top’ - there’s a mini desert that includes three profiteroles and the sundae (that costs a significant amount more) came with four profiteroles. Food that was available was nice enough but overall disappointed.

We came to this restaurant while we were on holiday and the service was horrendous we asked for food menus and no one even came take our order even though we told a member of staff we were ready order. The waitress was so rude she kept staring and never asked what we wanted. Then another couple came in sat right next to us and she came over and asked what they wanted to eat knowing we were sat there for over 40 minutes. She was so stuck up full of dirty looks also. If you ever come Rhyl for a holiday avoid coming to this pub staff need a reality check!!

Food wasn't great to be honest service was good lovely staff to be fair need to stop watering down the drinks to it was more like do you want coke with your ice .

Tbh, not that impressed. The all you can eat breakfast is not what it appears, and you order what you want via waitress. Took a while to arrive, and was cold. Bacon looked like it was yesterday's, a teaspoon of baked beans that had been on the plate under the hot grill for a while. Chef had forgotten my sausages, but on the plus side black pudding and mushrooms where nice. No one asked how my meal was and for the price it's very disappointing 😕, so won't be going back .

Couldn’t fault it . Went on a Friday night , prebooked table beforehand. Food good, service good, very clean . Toilets clean. Staff friendly. Reasonable price . Yes would comeback.

Despite negative and low reviews decided to give it a go. Service was very good and food very tasty. Blue light card gave over £10 off the bill. £39 for 2 meals with enough drinks for the evening. And the meals were ample and fresh. Proper Heinze ketchup and HP sauce make a change from cheaper alternatives. Ribs bbq sauce was warm rather than hot and maybe bit thick for some but that's how it comes.

Filthy dirty, rude manager, dry bread no butter with the soup, filthy floor, took your money before the food came. Took your money but failed to mention that some of the food wasn't available, no refund. Stay away !!!!!!!!!! That soup , chips and bread that they called garlic crispbread came to £17 Plus. Picture 3 was the seat that the manager informed me was clean. Absolutely vile. Should be closed down.

Probably the worst food ever. The Nachos starter was missing ingredients as they ran out but didn't tell you at point of order, they were also soft and undercooked with no real cheese sauce.The burger was precooked and drier than sand with no coleslaw and the thought from the kitchen was to fill the plate with any old garbage and we will be happy.My biggest disappointment was the chef, there was an older one who I saw come from the back of house twice all night and didn't support the two chefs in the open plan kitchen. Then there was the younger one, he spent my first hour there while I was waiting for any food guiding a new chef in her role as she was clearly new. He was clearly all show and no substance spending ages chopping salad and not getting the basics such as cooking Nachos or ever a burger right.I hope that with a delivery of stock tomorrow morning the food will be edible tomorrow night but past experience does not bode well....
