Carmen and John were incredible hosts; they put a lot of love in this lovely hotel. We Highly recommend this place. Thank you!

·

Really friendly and accommodating. Clean, comfortable and quirky. Would definitely recommend!

Room was clean. Could have done with WiFi info in the room with brochure rather than having to ask 'reception'. Breakfast is basic continental. No evening food as an option so high street or a drive.

We stayed here prior to a 10k Trail Run in Snowdonia. The hotel was very accomodating of our personal requests. The rooms were clean and well decorated. Toiletries and towels were provided and were of a high quality. Overall the stay was very enjoyable and without any issues. I would stay here again of in the area.

Refurbished in 2021 and a very warm welcome from John the owner. We were able to park our bikes in the car park off the rd but there's nowhere to anchor them to.Rooms are very nice and beds are really comfortable but none of our windows opened so we had to open the fire exit door to get some air which meant sleeping with a open door. Bathroom was clean but the ceiling height was extremely low and the shower was really small and no extraction fan. There's also no wardrobe for clothes, just a pole under a shelf with 4 hangers. The CONTINENTAL breakfast is available from 8-10. There's plenty to eat but we missed a full fry up which is expected when staying in a b&b. Theres cereal, yoghurt, toast, tea, coffee, juice, cold meats, cheese, pastries and fruit but not enough bananas and our milk was gone off.All in all a nice stay but could be improved to make it excellent

Stayed here for 2 nights, the room was tiny but spotlessly clean, and with complimentary coffee tea etc, shampoos as you would expect. The front of house and basically everything involved in the Customer Service was run by Corina and James, bearing in mind the hotel was fully booked they were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was obvious that they enjoyed their work, and were fabulous at it, but possibly over stretched. And I not saying that because of any reflection on their customer services, but mainly because they did not stop, they were constantly working, making sure everyone was happy, cleaning rooms, doing breakfasts, everything, with real professionalism. Could not fault them but felt a little sorry for them as they never moaned but did look tired bless them. Breakfast is continental style, but was lovely with lots of choice. I really liked The Crown, and thought our hosts were the nicest I've met in a long long time.

Very welcoming staff. Clearly advertised as bed and breakfast. The rooms are fresh and clean and the bar downstairs is lovely and authentically rustic. Would recommend

·

Only stayed one night but will certainly book again. Staff very friendly. Room tastefully decorated, & very clean. Continental breakfast was amazing.

·

Lovely hotel run by a couple of Scottish and Italian origin! They were very friendly and helpful. The room was great with everything you need. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely awful arrived Friday lunch time with a few friends and even though they were set up for food (cutlery and menus on tables) we was told they do not serve food and on looking at my friend who is british asian the lady said there was an Indian down the road go there. absolutely appalling behaviour and so obviously racial. Stay clear of this pub not a friendly welcome and in this day and age totally disgraceful.
