Friendly staff. Good food. Great value. Orders placed at the table and payment made at table. Menu can be accessed via scanned cide at table.

Food"s not too bad. Service was quick and staff were nice. Price is a little high though.

Terrible!No menu!No cake at midday!And expensive dishwater coffee and tea!Also observed member of staff Turing food on hotplate with her fingers and long nails!Definitely shall not be going here again!Disgusting!

Only wanted 2 cups of tea. The cups and saucers were filthy. Asked staff for clean ones and had to make do with 'the cleanest they had'.Don't get me started on the milk jug.If you can survive this place you don't need to worry about covid.Staff were helpful though in all honesty.

Food was reasonably priced and edible BUT, needed a smart phone to scan the qr code for a menu, floor was dirty as was our table that they came to wipe after the food had come, most of the staff looked depressed

Went in and asked how to order, I got told we would get table service so me and a friend sat down, we were sat there for 30 minutes before I asked someone to serve us as we got told it’s table service. The staff then kept staring over and watching us waiting for someone to come and take our order. Another 10 minutes went by and no one came to serve us. After 40 minutes of waiting I went up myself and asked again not as nicely this time as there were people that had their food and nearly finished that had came in after us! They then took the order and the staff member that took it was walking very slowly back and forth looking like he hadn’t had a clue what he was doing. We got our drinks (2 diet cokes) and they tasted so so flat I couldn’t drink it. I didn’t complain and just waited for the food. Another half an hour went by and I wondered why it was taking so long as I ordered a breakfast which was already made up on the front. They then came over to inform me that there wasn’t any mushrooms after another half an hour and I just said I don’t care ! I just want my food. We asked for a refund and it was refused along with anything extra they could of thrown in for our wait and terrible customer service that was going on. Felt neglected and uncomfortable as staff were walking around staring. I’ve been here before and the food is really nice but I’m never going back there again. Worst cafe I’ve ever visited so I’d give 0 stars if a could :(

Visited today place was sparkling clean, plenty of space and adherence to regulations. Staff very helpful nothing was too much trouble especially Aaron. Tremendous value for money, service was quick, friendly and efficient. Best Brunch in North Wales a visit is HIGHLY recommended absolutely 10/10

I find myself heading there often for their all day breakfast (choose 6 items + toast) for around £2.75 (at time of writing)Pretty high quality for the price, certainly what I would recommend people trying if they visit here.
