I have to be fair with the review it's very low price helps increase the score. First of all the positives:-1. Large portions for the money paid.2. Typical traditional chip shop quality menu etc.3. 1½ bits of fish with large meal, mushy peas , slice of bread and butter along with tea at time of visit £6.4. Friendly staff.Negatives:-1. Stuck in a time if you think of a chip shop in the 1980s basically what you have here. For the older generation fantastic younger generation not so good.

Me, my wife and 2 young boys had a very enjoyable experience here, staff are lovely, food was fantastic and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be going back!

Called in for our Tea, the wife and myself both had an OAP's special, there was plenty of food on our plate and it was cooked 🍳 fresh to order. The staff and the owner were very attentive and polite. I would highly recommend you give this restaurant a try. 5 Stars

Brilliant chip shop, really nice and friendly. The specials are a great price when you eat in. Just remember to take cash.

Seriously the best food and most pleasant staff for miles around. We have travelled 48 miles for the most fantastic gluten free fish and chips we have ever tasted. If you don't visit the town fryer and sample their food then more fool you, the best food in North Wales by a country mile.5 stars is simply not enough.

This is a traditional chippy but it is excellently cooked at a very reasonable price and very friendly too.Their Sunday dinners are apparently legendary. The décor is a little dated but having a posh décor costs money and would be reflected in the prices and it wouldn't attract more customers

We were visiting the area and stumbled across this lil gem!Great quality at an affordable price for a fish & chips meal.It looked like a lot of regulars order too and this created a family ambience.

The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. The best fish and chips we've had in years, even my pickie child loved it. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back
