Top Tasty Kebab House in Denbighshire

My family and I have used this company for years and although there have been ups and downs we have stuck with them. But in the last 5 orders 3 have taken over an hour, two of those orders were wrong. One of the other orders was incomplete and they subsequently tried to charge us again for the missing items. The last order never came.We won't be using them again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to order from them.

Ordered and collected a jacket potato with tuna and mayo, would NOT recommend at all!!! Absolutely shocking, the jacket potato must've been in for 30 seconds and the mayonnaise was horrid, DO NOT GO HERE

The staff were very polite however the food was inedible. I am not one to write reviews but this food was shockingly bad. We couldn’t even eat it. It was all cold when it arrived and also the chicken strips made our head and jaw ache it was that hard and chewy, the chips were grey and soggy, the garlic bread was just really cold. The best part about it was the pots of sauce they gave us honestly. I am actually quite worried about that chicken that we have eaten, its either not chicken or stored and cooked in a way it shouldn't be. Chicken should not look, taste and have the texture that that chicken did. Sorry guys but im just being honest as it was not a cheap order. The service from the staff was polite and friendly though :)

This so called ‘take away’ company doesn’t even deliver. The fact they can use the word takeaway in their business is a joke. I’ve felt more full looking at a field full of cows than I have waiting for my burger to arrive.Genuinely believed they couldn’t find the location of the house but when they asked to meet them somewhere/the local pub and waiting there for 45 mins for them to arrive, then the phone not being answered by the driver is a joke. Shame we didn’t read the reviews before ordering. Would have been easier and faster to order from the local in South Wales than waiting 4 hours for food that never arrived.

I find it hard to believe that any serious business would have the cheek or lack of embarrassment to send out what they jokingly refer to as food. Every item on the order was wrong, swimming in grease, nearly an hour late and cold. When phone was finally answered, after explaining I was told by the women (same one that delivered) "I'll sort it out now and ring you back." That was two and a quarter hours ago. Seriously guys, if you really care that little about your job find another one you are more capable of getting right.

We were looking forward to having a takeaway & after looking at many kebabs shops we decided on giving this one a go.First mistakeThe second mistake was eating it.The pizzas arrived very late after ordering.Things were missing.The food was very poorly mad the meat didn't taste remotely close to chicken

Got a leaflet through the door. Excited to see the Offer buy on get one free on pizzas. When ordering over the phone I was told it's only in the smaller pizzas. This is not in any text on their leaflet!! The guy on the phone was very regimental and feel he wasn't listening to me all the time had to repeat the order' I then had the time to review my purchase using the leaflet as delivered. I found I have been overcharged for my meal. On a plus++ the delivery driver was pleasant, although seemed very rushed with little customer service, The food was hot and realy nice. Maybe counter service would be better.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TAKEAWAYOrdered it yesterday and The customer service was horrendous, the guy on the phone was horrible and arrogant told us to hurry up because theyre busy. It took 2 ½ hours to arrive to us and was completely overpriced for the things we bought. It said buy one get one free and so we got two pizza(one free), one large chips and a kebab, however we also ordered a some chicken which never arrived and yet they still charged us for it. The food was cold and tasted horrible, the £5 kebab was in a little tray with hardly any meat and a unappetizing salad. additionally, when phoned back to tell them about giving us a Wrong order and forgetting items whilst coming up to over £20 the guy on the phone was again arrogant and unnecessarily mean. If youre reading this LEARN how to bloody cook or just close down your "takeaway" also LEARN how to treat customers.

Food was ok and the guy on the phone was sound but the delivery driver was very rude. He called me up from the wrong place and refused to follow my very basic directions to my address. He insisted that I walk round the corner to get it, knowing I'd already paid. I don't pay for delivery to have to walk outside in the rain. Any sensible business owner would sack him.

My favourite pizzas in Rhyl. Great range of food including fried chicken, burgers, kebabs, jacket potatoes and vegetarian options. Free home delivery and buy 1 get 1 free offer on pizza. Friendly staff and good service. Credit cards accepted
