Food was awful. Gammon could have been used to resole my shoes. Wont be going back .Staff friendly

Nice atmosphere and a good selection of drinks available. The local British Legion Branch meet here once a month.

Brilliant customer service...and great food. Having had to spend a lot of time at the nearby hospital, called in twice for our tea. The second visit, we arrived after the kitchen had closed, the chef was enjoying a well deserved pint after a busy Sunday Lunch. On seeing our dismay at not being able to get fed....he immediately offered to go and reopen the kitchen for us and then cooked us a fantastic Steak & Ale Pie. ...and with a nice pint of Doombar, it went down a treat. With a service attitude like this, they deserve to do really well. The food and beer was excellent and very good value. Congratulations and thank you! We will be back!!
