Wanted a burger well done and they told me the chef refuses to cook well done.... I wonder if he/she is eating it or me... 🤔

Came today for the spa day and lunch and was absolutely blown away how peaceful it was. I had a back neck and shoulder massage by Katie W and it was so relaxing and tranquil. I came extremely tense and in pain and Katie soothed all my tense areas and my body felt so relaxed. I then went on into the spa area and the facilities were fabulous especially the salt water plunge pool. My friend and I came away feeling so relaxed. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, we'll be booking again soon.

Ambiemce and service amazing! Food very uninspiring. Really let down by quality of food. Penne has too much oil in it and didn't taste as expected. Steak was bland. They didn't have any sauce but mayo ans ketchup! No salads came with any food items.

As a world traveller I have a lot to say about different hotels :) this quaint hotel is A real hidden gem!!! What a wonderful hotel & spa it’s very clean all of the staff can’t seem to do enough for you :) we stayed in a twin room which had lovely views of the hills :) the price was the most competitive too and we would absolutely would recommend this hotel to everyone!! Absolutely 5 star treatment

Book for Sunday roast here. Arrived at 4.30pm only to be left standing around for what felt like an age. Once we were seated we asked why the beef wasn't showing on the menu...waitress didn't know. I assume the person she went to was the restraunt manager....he told her " the beefs all gone" No apology. The next table to us they had had the same experience and they too were dissatisfied. Left without any of the staff asking if we were ok. Shocking. Had a fabulous meal at The Salusbury Arms Tremerchion!

Just returned home after a fantastic relaxing spa cation . Spa facilities and the treatments were excellent. The 3 course meal in the evening was perfect, looking forward to returning.

Attended the wedding fayre today to showcase the DJ set-up and take general questions. Lovely room decoration by the team at Rustic Love.A great room for a wedding celebration, or a celebration of any kind really. We have hosted parties recently and there was a good atmosphere. We held about 100 seated eating a three course dinner for their works Christmas celebrations and cleared a space afterwards to dance until midnight. Other groups have been entertained at around 50 to 90 people (Covid restrictions reduced numbers).A good outdoor space too for fresh air to ventilate the room (smokers aren't excluded either)All in all a great venue. Not tried the spa, but I've heard great reviews from customers

Stopped off here for lunch, had the chicken dinner and Belgian waffle with toffee sauce for desert. Food was outstanding, could not fault it in anyway. However, waiting to be seated and ignored several times spoiled the overall experience. Not even a ‘be with you in sec guys’ type of acknowledgement.This then made us hyper sensitive to how we were treated onwards. We were not told the plates were red hot to the touch after being served our meal, we were not checked on half way through to make sure everything was ok - maybe they were short staffed or having a bad day, maybe we are picking slightly but there wasn’t a sense of attentiveness as most the other reviews here report. Would love to come back again to give the staff a second chance.Lovely venue, nice scenery and amazing food.
