Britannia Inn in Flintshire

What a lovely welcome. Great food, lovely people, fantastic views. Very very dog friendly too. We will definitely be returning.

Food and service was very good. Had an excellent steak and cooked to perfection. My only issue, personally, was that dogs were allowed inside. Not my pub so their rules apply. The dogs were constantly barking and growling and, having come out for a quiet meal, was not what I expected but, as I say, pub's rules apply so I have to live with it. Not too sure about staff touching dog and then serving food though! All on all a pleasant experience with good food and service.

Sorry but booked to go today for half 1 got there little early to get told there’s little wait sorry that’s fine but hour later starter come prawn s few prawns with salad no bread then 20 mins later dinner come dinner was swimming in water not gravy sorry it. Was bad Yorkshire pud was burnt meat was swimming no flavour I’am not happy at all £18.50 each for our dinner could of made it meself better 2 lads in kitchen need to learn how to cook it’s upset my day

Loaded potato skins weren't great as a starter, really overdone but I had fish and chips for a main and the fish was honestly the best that I've had in a long time.Lovely pub but really slow service which was a shame. That said I would still visit again

Went for a meal and great staff but very poor food for the price.Maybe should change the chef as potentially could be good. Seemed like no care went into the cooking.Very poor quality

Food was amazing and good selection of beer and ales. Hosts was very friendly as well great views from pub too.

Lovely food and beer.. backed up with excellent, friendly and efficient service. The new management has made a huge difference to this Inn.Well and worthily recommend..
