The service was EXCELLENT and the young lady was so nice..I had the pizza with salad there were 4 king prawns and it was NOT HOT EITHER and for the price of it . I CAN GET A PIZZA FROM TESCO OR ICELANS WITH ALOT MORE TOPPINGS THAN THAT AND ALSO ALOT CHEAPER. FOOD WISE AM DISSATISFIED.

We went here this evening for dinner and the food was good but the service was the worst. I have been here before and the service was always good but tonight it was absolutely shocking

Terrible service, slow, forgot our order and no apology. Mediocre overpriced food, the last 2 visits have been like this, will not be giving them them benefit of the doubt again!

Service was outstanding, wasn't waiting for our food, toilets was excellent, food was really good, well down.

Met a friend who was visiting from Dubai, we all enjoyed our meals. The good is always fresh and tasty, no complaints (except for one which was the beef dish had pork in, and I don't eat pork, at first thought it was a spelling mistake on the menu 'port')

Absolutely wonderful meal. Really well priced, and friendly staff. Beth helped make our anniversary meal extra special!

Very disappointing visit today. Got an eye roll from waiting staff when i asked for tap water and not alcohol. New Ravioli dish portion size was very small and Luke warm, although partners pizza was large, so I finished a while before him. Was not asked if everything was ok the whole time there. Asked if we wanted anything else, said yes but she went to do other jobs & didn't return with menu so we just got up and went to pay. Felt very uncomfortable and not welcome start to finish!

10 mins for a hello 30 mins for a garlic bread and then staff congregating having a chat around the table making us feel like we owed them money. Brought the mains out with the starter and generally rushes from start to finish. We were out the door in under 45 mins and that was only because it took them so long to acknowledge us and bring a garlic bread. Manager was more interested in a smoke break than the deteriorating situation his inexperienced waitresses. Food was warm, tasted like it had at least an ounce of effort. Meerkat Price still came to nearly £30 two mains and a Pepsi… it’s not the waitresses fault it’s the management. Toilets broken and dirty.

The staff were lovely but almost everything else was not starting with uncomfortable chairs. Almost prohibitively expensive for food that I would not choose to eat again. The olives looked like they'd been scraped from the bottom of the jar and were in way too much excess oil, the chicken mushroom main was very bland and watery and the chicken was in thin overcooked chewy slices, not to mention the downright cheeky broccoli side dish, costing around a pound each for every 'stem' therein. The chips and garlic mayo were nice though. Also to the restaurant's credit, they did give us a discount after finding the meal didn't thrill us.
