Wonderful hidden gem of a cafe. Great food, great coffee and generous and kind women running the place. Well done Flint.

Stopped off for breakfast. Not the best. Eggs ,bacon over cooked.Large sausage, normal size one.Tomatoes was a thin single slice. Only nice thing about visit , lovely staff and atmosphere .

I just had the full breakfast here and was delighted on a number of levels. 1/. The service was friendly and efficient. 2/. The food was excellent. 3/ The venue was full of charm and cosy atmosphere. 4/. The staff are community minded and I'm sure part of the reason that Flint is also strongly community minded. I have passed this venue many times and finally now realise what I've been missing. 5 stars plus. Thank you to the owners.

Popped down to Flint from our caravan in Prestatyn for a change of scenery. Retail park good, charity shops in town ok, but the jewel in the Crown was discovering this gem!Friendly staff, lovely coffee and cake and all in a beautiful historic building.Highly recommended 😁

Ancient building nicely updatedWe had a good meal here on Flint's main Street. Nice food and really historic surroundings. Do check out the fascinating wall hangings that tell you about the history of the place.

Very conveniently sited on the main street, this is a convivial venue with good quality food at a very reasonable price. It is also a very interesting building, having been adapted from one of Flint's oldest buildings. There is a pavement cafe in good weather.

Amazing breakfast, great hangover food, the Welsh rarebit sausages are lovely but very rich so be warned if your stomach doesn't agree with rich food! Other than that service was quick, staff was friendly and it's a good place to grab breakfast or a quick bite to eat if you don't fancy the processed food of McDonald's.
