Really disappointed here today.1- They wouldn't give me the 20p discount for taking my own reusable cup (apparently it's only on cups bought from Costa)2- Only plastic spoons to stir the coffee (no wooden stirrers)3 - All the customers sitting in with a coffee were drinking from disposable cups - they're never offered a ceramic cup even though these are sitting on top of the coffee machine.Very poor environmental creds. 😭
