Dilshad Balti Restaurant in Flintshire

DONT ever eat in this place during the day when the main part of the preparation is undertaken the chefs(and I use thar term losely) are smoking in the kitchen and don't care where the Ash goes

The food is normally decent however you are lucky if you get your entire order, only ordered two meals and they forgot one of them. Called back to inform them that the delivery was missing items and they said they couldn’t get the rest sent so they would give us a discount next time….Next time doesn’t help when you are missing half your order and said they could re delivery but could take hours for the rest of the order. This has happened a couple of times so my advice is don’t get delivery and double check order prior to leaving.

Given a 1star because It won't let me leave a zero star review!! The food was awful my dad's roast chicken was missing the gravey mushroom and onions and the rest of the food we had was cold. I call them back up to complain and the girl in the phone said she would get the boss to call me back to see what could be done!! 24hrs later and I'm still waiting for the call!! Complete waste of money will definitely not be using them again.

Had a lovely takeaway from here. Very nice and tasty, recommended.

Food was nice, service was good and overall a nice place to eat as the atmosphere was good and the receptionist was very friendly and inviting

Can't comment on the food as I waited that long for my order I gave up waiting for it (over and hour when I was told 20 mins)....I stood and watched the receptionists/waitresses playing with their hair, emptying their handbags and playing with their vapes and constantly on their phones then going into the kitchen to help with food using their bare hands to bag up poppadoms and dish rice up while using their fingers to press it down inthe tubs. Poor communication and bad service.

I've used the Dilshad often over the years and the food quality has varied but always pretty good until tonight. Worst ever, stale pappudoms, Peshwari naan had no coconut and was just flattened dough, Bhajis not cooked, Curry wasn't bad but complete waste of £30. Phoned to let them know and told 'sorry nothing I can do boss is in Bangladesh!

First time ordered from Dilshad as fairly new in the area. Food was hot fresh and very tasty. Didn't last long on the plate lol! Well done Dilshad we'll be ordering again! Thank you!

Great food. Has been my local Indian restaurant for over 10 years now. Sadly, sorely disappointed again tonight in the restaurant. An hour between poppadoms and our meal! There was only one other table (3 people) in beside us 2. I complained and then the food turned up- tepid at the most as if it had sat on the pass for 20mins. It's not on and it's not the first time. We won't be using the restaurant again. We'll stick with takeaway as the new Dilshad management clearly put this first. Such a shame

Food is very very good I have never had a bad dish from this place the tandoori mixed grill is one of the best things I have had there and if you want a different nann bread they usually change it without charge too.It's cosy has a small bar area and you can order take away too by phone or go in you can't pay by card at the moment cash only.If ordering a take away they do charge for delivery.This restaurant/take away is under new owners.
