Always get order wrong and most of the time it's cold when it gets to you

I really don’t see why this place has good reviews. Fish and chips. I mean it says it all when you get french fries within your fish and chips.. terrible. The chicken kabab was 10 beers down quality

Food was 1 hour and 30 minutes late being delivered even though I ordered it early so I wouldn't have to wait. Plus it wasn't very hot!Not great disappointing 😕👎

I don't know what to say, I ordered at 11:25 night, I wait till 00:15 them they cancelled it, it's not normal I ordered over 30pounds, where is the seriosity, also sometimes order pepperoni pizza with extra 5x pepperoni, they put on it normal, also they charge me 1.1pound/x horrible

Will never order from here again!! Just had pizza delivered which was 1 hour earlier than requested and it was the worst pizza I've ever had from a takeaway. It was like rubber, like the morning after pizza that's been reheated in the microwave. I decided to call them before writing a review to be told all the pizzas are cooked the same and what u mean rubber? What is rubber!?. He said I d ont belive you! And put the phone down. So if you want my advice do not order from here food discusting and so is their customer service!!!!

Ordered through just eat and having waited 25 minutes after the said delivery time I phoned up to be told they didn't know where my order was. Had to go there and get it myself. Delivery driver turned up while I was at the shop and didn't know where he delivered it to..? They seemed angry at me as well as they had to give me the order again.! Won't be using them again..!

Best kebab place in the Quay you will love it either pop in order online or ring them up speedy delivery from kids meals English meals burgers kebabs and pizza plus sides mmm xxx

I've ordered many times from here and the buy one get one free pizzas have always been a favourite with my family. I have ordered a plain margarita pizza and added four extra toppings before and both pizzas have included the extra toppings. Tonight I noticed the second pizza was plain cheese no toppings so I rang them to see if they have made a mistake. The man told me I was not entitled to the extra toppings on the second pizza. I reminded him that on numerous occasions in the past I have made this same order before and the extra toppings have been included on both, only to be told I am wrong and he asked me why I was lying to him! I told him I wasn't satisfied with the service this time and he just laughed and hung up. I don't appreciate being spoken to like that and I won't be ordering from them again. Disgusting service tonight!
