Domino's Pizza in Flintshire

Edit: replied today almost 6 months later apologising and asking me to contact them after ignoring the review since December 2021Been ringing and ringing and ringing won't answer the phone, took my money on the app for an order and order doesn't seem to have placed. Must all be sat around on their arses because they're just letting the phone ring out. Manager needs to sort their head out

it was so good I would highly suggest you get it from here if you have a higher budget when ordering also the delivery driver was so nice and gave my son 3 bottles of pop after my son tipped him. His name was Jamal. Also I would suggest delivering as the other reviews are staying stuff in the workers in the store issues so make sure to use there website!

If I could give zero stars ⭐️ I would, after asking them to change the cheese for a diary free one due to allergies they refused point blank. My 6 year old son was left devastated as a result as he likes and can eat meat without being poorly but not diary. Worst part of the service was they refused to put a manager on who then we could clearly hear screaming across the store in the background. A manager should be able to manage the store and customers support. While the person was rude on the phone they should be able to pass a request onto a manager at the customers request. They they refused to give names so we can’t name them while making a complaint. If it’s policy then there should be no issues if you will be backed up by head office. Definitely a issue with with the individual store and mentioned staff as it had not been a issue in the past. Avoid at all costs. Neo Pizza on the other hand a quick phone call and all sorted!! they will now get our business in future.

Absolutely shocking. Only delivered one of two items ordered, driver assured me he'd fetch the missing item straight back only for nothing to have been delivered an hour later. On phoning them, the guy on the phone tried to blame me for not ringing and telling them about it.

Even the cheapest and frozen pizza is better than Domino's,pizza uncooked,no taste,potatoes slices like bricks and wings(half wing for 1£).Everything overpriced.

Food took nearly 2 hours to arrive, was cold and there was no ice cream that I had paid for. Rang up and was offered store credit. Wouldn't mind but this has happened twice now consecutively. I'd collect if I was you. Less chance of them messing it up. Not the drivers fault, just the main store not checking orders properly before they go out. Funny how it sits in quality check on the tracker for an hour and they still get it wrong...

Ordered via the app, the app said the pizza was in the process of being checked, 50 mins later I phoned to ask where my pizza was....... I was told it would be another 50mins until delivery, pointed out to staff that my pizza probably wouldn't taste very fresh after over an hour quality checking, was told "we can make it again but it will be longer for delivery" ..... 🤦‍♂️

Its only good if its not busy, if you plan on ordering midday or very late at night then go ahead otherwise save yourself the headache. They made me wait more than 1 hour last time and the pizza was cold. I didn't complain since these things can happen. Today I ordered again and its been longer than an hour, I called for a refund and the manager told me they can only refund when they aren't too busy.

Ordered a meal for collection but due to work i couldnt collect and when willing get delivery which i was happy to pay for rang 3 times no answer if though it said ready for collection yet no one answered the phone. Not good enough. Want a refund

Made a collection on the 9th of January 2021. The app told us to collect so we travelled there to pick up our order.Once we arrived the store assistant couldn't find our order at first. After 10 minutes eventually he found the order ticket and apologised. I assumed the pizzas were going to be out pretty sharpish after our wait, but I was wrong. I had a 45 minute wait for my order, if they had explained this I would have just gone somewhere else.Once I finally received my order they said they would issue a full refund, this never happened. Once I got home, I realised my order was incomplete.Absolutely terrible service.
