Went for the first time last week food is amazing and the staff are great couldnt do enough to help even grabbing us a bowl of water and some treats for our dogs as we sat outside in the sun sampled a couple of the draght lagers and bitters and lived them all really is a beautiful place with amazing friendly staff very dog friendly highly recommend

Great pub in a lovely spot, plenty kf seating outside so you can enjoy beautiful views of Welsh countryside. My favourite place in Wales to a spot of lunch or a coffee

As always excellent. Large airy drink/food areas, in the country house style. outside dining if required, dogs allowed in the bar area. Good observance of hygiene, excellent choice of wines.If you want to know more, come & try it, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely greeting. We were given first class service from start to finish. The food was of a really good standard and good portions. My beef rendang was smashing. Very nice all round.

Perfect country pub. Beer 🍻, food, service and setting all 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Usually at least one home made, 'proper' pie, lamb shoulder falls off the bone, all veggies fresh and well cooked. Great garden. Dogs welcome, including in bar.

What a beautiful, quirky restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing and such a wide range of drink selections. The prices were great for what you got! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and can't wait to return! ... I'd highly recommend the waffle pudding :P bloody delicious 😋

As usual great meal. We did book including giving card details as deposit of £10pp. In event of no shows. Our table was 2.30 but was ready as we arrived 10 minutes early. All staff friendly and approachable. We weren't rushed even though it was extremely busy, I would recommend booking.

This is a great pub just outside Mold. Top place to sit outside and enjoy a few drinks in the sun.Equally as good for a family gathering or food with friends.The food is pretty good. The smoked salmon tortellini was really fresh and light.The ham and cheese croquettes, a bit heavy on the ham and low on the cheese, were slightly large for a croquette but still tasted fine.The chicken, ham and leek pie was delicious. Served with a buttery mash, greens, a carrot and a nice white wine and tarragon sauce.The service was really helpful and friendly.Worth a visit!
