Glyndwr Plants Coffee Shop in Flintshire

Went today on way back from weekend break. No sign of life and closing down and for sale notices displayed. Would have thought social media updates are important?

20% discount is not 50% as advertised!!!!The man is a miserable sod always.Let’s hope the next owners are better..

A lovely garden centre, beautifully cared for plants, displayed in a very attractive manner with bold displays. Full of companion planting ideas, and some specimen plants that are not to be found elsewhere, even at bigger garden centres. A cafe and good sized car park. Very recommended.

Very disappointed, always call in for a look at the wonderful displays when going on holiday with a view to purchasing on our way home, and this year my wife and daughter were shouted at that they weren't allowed to use the toilets unless they were using the cafe. They were then told, if they asked, she would let them! We will not be giving them any more business.

Called in on our way to Criccieth. Beautifully arranged displays with excellent plants at reasonable prices. Will certainly go again and let friends know of it.

Absolutely love this garden centre, excellent quality of plants, good selection of what's in season and always responsible priced. If you have time, stop for some tea and scones too all homemade! A wonderful family ran garden centre and it will always be my first choice!

What a lovely plant nursey, everything you need for your cultivating needs. Out display mostly, trolley wagons available and the staff were helpful and friendly, prices aren't bad either. Didn't go to the coffe shop that day but there is one one site. Don't really want to tell too many people about it, because it feels like a litte secret I found. Love it I will be back many times.

This excellent family run garden centre, has a very comprehensive wide variety of plants, shrubs, trees and garden accessories. The owners are offer very friendly and knowledgeable guidance, and the tea shop serves a range of delicious cakes and snacks. Highly recommended and very good value,

Great plants, a traditional centre that does not sell the usual fancy goods, clothes etc that most garden centres now sell. We have been visiting here for over 9 years and it is as good as ever. The cafe is excellent with the best cakes I have ever had!!

Been passing this place for years going back & forth to Chester. Started calling in a couple of years ago on the recommendation of a friend who calls in there regularly. She is a professional in the food industry & knows her stuff, so when she praised the garden centre but particularly eulogised about the quality of the cakes - all made on the premises - I didn't hesitate to stop there & try them. I have never looked back!! Now it is a regular stop. The light menu is small and excellent, the service always friendly & efficient. The plants are of very good quality & laid out in a most appealing way. It is a small venue of high quality all round. The whole thing makes for a very pleasant stop.
