Ordered from Just Eat and paid for meal. Food did not arrive. Missed a call from driver but did not answer when we called back. Shop line also no answer. Upon investigation the following day it turned out that our food had been delivered to the wrong house. Photo evidence was provided by driver. Refused to resend the order and manager hung up when trying to resolve, just pointed us back to Just Eat for a refund despite saying we did not want a refund and just wanted our food. Both manager and driver blamed us for delivering to the wrong house saying we should of answered the phone!! Most awful customer experience I have ever had and despite the usual good quality of the food I will never go back because of the poor way this was handled. Rude, unhelpful and dishonest .. even immediately removed themselves from Just Eat for delivery in our area. Disgusted!

Ordered home delivery many times. Always fast delivery and excellent quality food.

Barbecue chicken Pizza and Livorno Pizza, if you put chicken actually on them , you may sell more and small portion of kebab, well let's say minute, should be an option on menu too !!!!

30 mins late on delivery, food Luke warm and no drink with kids meal. Not impressed at all

Food was shocking wrong order and never came back to replace it when they said they would not having my custom again very bad!

The food was fine, they messed up the order twice then blamed my partner in a aggressive manner saying he ordered it incorrectly, when it was actually me who ordered it.Very bad customer service!!. And i would appreciate not been talked about in there different language either.Very bad staff communication
