Indian Lounge in Flintshire

Lovely restaurant with posh seating and good service. However poor value for money and my English meal was so bad I had to leave half. It was fried chicken and chips with salad. Not enough salad and fried chicken was in small nuggets which were too hard and tough to chew. I was with 3 friends and didn't like to complain because they all enjoyed their Indian meals. I won't go there again.

Really lovely food. We had a takeaway and it was all spot on. The staff were very courteous and friendly.

The Sunday banquet is good value. They serve great food and the staff are polite and friendly. The bar is only open to those having a meal, serving beer, wine and cocktails. There is ample parking.

Food was nice, spoilt by the rushed service. Literally watching us take our last mouthful to whip the plates away.Waiter knocked over a bottle of coke with mo offer to get a new one.And deserts ... partner had finished his by the time mine was served and when it did arrive it was not what was expected.I ordered a banana split but what arrived was chopped banana swimming in single cream with ice cream and a wafer.Shall not re visit

Not an Indian, a Bengali restaurant (like most are - but still misleading). Some Of the meal came in plastic bowls which felt cheap. The menus also had prices crossed out and handwritten corrections on them so you could see how much extra you were paying. Food wise good sized portions but also very thin on the ground too look at and basic, chicken is literally chicken in a sauce, no veg! There are far better Bengali restaurants than this to go to, though if you live locally you’re stuck. Also asking for clarification on less common names and they look at you blankly and tell you that’s what it is (which when it comes you instantly know what it is as it has a different name in English - ie aubergine). Waiters also keen to serve your main meal despite not finishing the starters if you’re having a chat, which is rude. Other than that a nice building and plenty of parking. (Plus you will get deli belly the next day).

Amazing food... highly recommend but if dinning in you'll have to book as it gets very busy specially at the weekend

We where in a large party of over 20. The restaurant was busy the service was absolutely excellent and food was of excellent quality really tasty one of the best Indian restaurants i have been to.

I have passed this place twice daily for the past year and have said nearly everytime "I need to try that place", well I did a few days ago and the only regret I have was not trying sooner!Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, I have never felt so welcomed. The food was so full of flavour I couldn't fault a thing.Like the other reviews, I agree it isn't the cheapest but its worth every penny and portions are huge, be warned.. but there is plastic containers on standby. Cant wait till my next visit.
