KFC in Flintshire

If I could leave 1 star I would. Took 30 minutes from placing order to having my number shouted. 2 lads waiting ahead of me watched the staff fill their boxes with the chicken and it sat for 15 minutes before other stuff was added. They came back in to say their food was cold. This prompted me to check mine. When I collected I only seen 3 drinks when I ordered 4. I asked if the fruit shoot (for our 3 year old) was inside or not, it was the manager who was giving me my order and asked the member of staff where the fruit shoot was and she replied "I didn't know that was on the order" Glad I asked because we would of had 1 very sad little boy who loves a fruit shoot more than the food itself! Went to go to the toilet for a pee whilst waiting and toilet roll all over the floor, seat covered in pee. Was a mess in the toilet. Complained to the manager who was on the front and he didn't seem bothered at all. No sorry, no apology or nothing. Alot of disappointed customers in the time I was there. I love KFC but very disappointed in the one at Queensferry

A lot better and cleaner after the refurb. The only down side, as with most takeaway restaurants now, there was a lot of delivery drivers in and out of there. This makes the place look busier than it is which puts people off, thinking the queue is bigger than it really is.

After a 20 minute wait for our order, I went to the counter to ask how long my order would be, all 3 members of staff turned to look, one answered by saying I'm doing that order now, no apology for the long wait, more interested in preparing the orders from on line (which were going out as a priority), will NOT be going to KFC Queensferry ever again, not one smile from staff for anyone they were serving. May I suggest a decent manager who can speed the service up and some staff that have had customer service training!!

The service was extremely slow!Because one of the staff had to leave to look after her children the manager was rude to her and then stood and moaned about her to the other staff in front of all of the customers, no professionalism as a manager.He never used any manners to me or any other the customers the entire time i was eating my meal!The floor, tables and seats were covered in food and the bin was overflowing.When I finally received my food the burger was cold!£10 is expensive for bad food and bad service!

Shocking service. When we ordered on the screen there was only 3 order numbers on the display before ours. After that there was a continuous stream of numbers popping up that were getting served before us (mostly delivery orders) they seems to be getting prioritised. 25 minutes we waited for 2 simple box meals. Which weren't even right when we got home. Never again

Went for a quick bite. It was a little chaotic here with customers in front of me waiting for food and not receiving the right orders. Mine was OK though. Perhaps another staff shortage problem

Service here is almost non existent.When you have ordered you then face a wait of 20min minimum, 35mins has been known.However if you visit kfc on sealand road you get acknowledged on entering, get served immediately and collect the food within 5 minutes.4 miles difference, but worth it !

Food is not up to the usual KFC standard, and if ordering a takeaway, chips arrive cold .The overbearing presence of Uber/Just eat drivers both inside and outside makes for a very intimidating atmosphere. Parking near the site is also severely impacted by their presence. All in all, this venue needs to look seriously in the way way they are operating .

Absolutely shocking service from this KFC. Ordered a meal for myself and my girlfriend from within the restaurant. Had to wait nearly 30 minutes until the food was ready, only to be told they were out of half of what i'd ordered. No gravy, no mash, no soft drinks other than child sized fruit shoots. The only sauce they had in stock was BBQ. Then when it came to eating the burger, there was little or no sauce on them either. Will not be going here again.

Absolutely dreadful. Took 2hrs to be delivered! 2hrs! Fast food....ha!And then when it does turn up I can't even eat most of it.I won't eat here again.I would recommend you don't either.I would give it zero stars, but I have to give it a rating in order to post.
