Best Chinese food we’ve had in a while, and so fresh! Great customer service, quick delivery and even the delivery driver was lovely. Will definitely order again and might even try some different things from the menu as I tend to always order the same thing 😅 very impressed indeed!

Always the best… always been using this family run Chinese since I was a little boy and they were over at a different takeaway round the corner. This is the best by far. They know my order and always have a smile.

First time we’ve had from this Chinese and got to say I had beef curry and wife had chicken foo young and we was both very pleased with the quality of the food.Thanks for a lovely meal and will be ordering again in the future

Can honestly say such a pleasure to deal with... Called them at 10 45 pm on a bank holiday Monday not knowing they had all ready closed due to the holiday. Because they see that I had ordered once before didn't hesitate to fire uo the cooker for our food... I was struggling to get a meal tonight but the reason this went a long way in my book is because I'm a type 1 diabetic and needed some carbs as my sugars had been all over the place with this heat.. So I would also like to say a big thank you for going above and beyond when I not only wanted BUT NEEDED a meal... Thanks guys se you again soon

8 of us had their takeaway delivered last night and all loved it! The best in the area (and we’ve tried most of them)!So many vegetarian options and really tasty tofu choices! Loved the fortune cookies too!Lovely lady on the phone who took the order, delivery came in expected time and delivery guy lovely too! They have English options too, so our nan got a chicken breast which was nice too! This is our new favourite and we’ll be ordering our ne t takeaway with them :)

Great Food, fantastic customer service! These guys really care about the quality of the food they make. Bear in mind that Chef Zhong gain his experience in a fine dining restaurant in China and this could be the reason why his food tastes so delicious. Helen, his wife, always takes my order with care, making sure nothing is overlooked. Always a pleasure to order Chinese from chef Zhong and Helen. Highly recommended!

As I chinese food fan who has been ordering for quite a while from Fortune Cookies this is what I can say: food was good under both managments but surely is great since the new owners stepped in. Lady on the phone taking the orders is very kind, double checks the order to make sure there are no misunderstandings. Food is freshly cooked, with flavour, and with a variety that fits certainly many tastes. I understand that they can get very busy but despite this they are always doing their best to deliver in time. Delivery is a tricky things and does not only depend on driver or order being made. Traffic is here the key element. There is never a compromise on the quality that keeps me going back to them and choose my favourites. I decided to write this review for others as well to first try the food and not to be out off by some reviews. As this is a family run business and there is quite a big competition in the field you can expect opinions from other side as well. Give a try and decide afterwards. I wish them good luck, they have been one of the most reliable company to serve my meals for the past months. Well done!

I have always found the food here amazing. The delivery service has a very reasonable wait time. The owners are always happy to help as I have fussy kids!! 100% reccomend xxx
