McDonald's in Flintshire

Absolutely shocking service staff who served us last was very rude no manners whatsoeverFood stone cold!And as for the large fries I'd expect more in a happy mealSame with the food 80% of our visits but kid enjoys going so only reason we go

Great service. All items present and correct! Only downside is they'd run out of the flake mcflurry!!🤦🏽‍♀️

Called in with my son to use toilets before ordering food. Absolutely filthy. Ladies toilets both had poo on the seats and smeared onto the walls. Reluctantly went to use disabled. Poo all over the back of the seat and floor disgusting. Left to go to another branch. No way we were ordering food here. Clearly not checked frequently enough. No excuse!

Really good quality of food compare to other local McDonald's . Management staff very helpful especially Maria , very nice and kind person . Tidy place. Recommended

Absaloutly filthy inside. Dirty toilets and didn't seem bothered at the fact they got our order wrong.

If I could give it a zero then I would, absolutely awful. They ALWAYS miss part of the order out and the skimp out on the fries. Dreadful branch and I urge you not to go.

What is the difference between a hot chocolate and a cappuccino, the member of staff that did our order doesn't know. Ordered a hot chocolate and got the cappuccino, also when we went in the staff member at the entrance was too forceful.she needs to calm down
