Mold Elm Kebab & Pizza in Flintshire

Got a large donner kabab, small chips an 7pc mozzarella sticks for me an my boyfriend,, when they arrived all of it was covered in grease, the large had barely any in however it tasted nice, the chips were soggy an flavourless,, an the mozzarella sticks tasted like cheap cheese strings dripped in batter,, they were rubbery an just didn’t taste nice at all. The large kabab had a piece of pitter bread in it however it was extremely soggy because of all of the grease. As this is my first time ordering from here I’m extremely disappointed an won’t be ordering from here EVER again!… I also found a small black hair on the donner meat which put me off the food,, the reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the donner meat tasted nice (part from the little black hair) complete waste of money as far as I’m concerned don’t recommend it also the tracking is way off,, said order confirmed but then turned up an then about 40 minutes later got a text message saying my order was on its way…

Order kebab and hot chicken wings absolutely fantastic. Fast delivery and hot when it arrived. Definitely order again thanks Guys

Not great tbh pizza smells funny, definitely wouldn't order again couldn't hardly understand the guy taking the order worst pizza I've ever tasted wish I'd of checked the reviews before I had ordered so that's my fault, don't waste your money

Recieved an order that wasn't mine. Took the time to contact local takeaways to find it was from Elm Kebab. They were incredibly rude, told me it wasn't their problem and refused to do anything about it. Then hung up on me!No need for such bad customer service, I'm very sorry to whoever didn't get their order!

Used to use this place a lot food usually nice however ordered food last night , driver turned up 2 hours after ordering, pizza box was all squashed flat , driver told me his sister had sat on it!!!! Absolute joke why would you even bring that to my house let alone 2 hours after ordering.

I ordered from here at 6pm told that the food would be delivered between 6:55pm and 7:15pm I had to ring at 7:30pm to ask where the food was, was told it would be here in 20 minutes it arrived 40 minutes later was does it take basically 2 hours for two trays of kebab meat and chips to be cooked? And I asked for no salad on both of them and one ends up with salad on seriously I'm not ordering from here AGAIN!

Standard pizza/kebab quality. I've given 5* as they're the first to deliver to my house since it was built in the 70's (I live in the rural/sticks/5 miles from Mold). Driver seemed friendly, delivery was on time/slightly early. Would use again 👍

Delivery driver is extremely rude, shouting at me on the phone because he was lost, was that bad that he had me in tears with anger. As I orderd through food hub I complained through them (thinking it was their driver) but been made aware its the restaurants driver so will be taken it up with them. Food was freezing, dry and tasteless!
