Nando's in Flintshire

The food was nice. Had to book in for 2 as it was very busy. The condiment area was sparse and bottles missing spouts but overall an enjoyable dinner.

Sorry but I ordered the extra hot menu... all I could feel was a slight heat on my tongue. Either I am the superman of spices or you are just scamming your customers... Peri Peri is supposed to be scaled 175 000 on Scoville scale.. I felt hotter with Jalapeno scaled 8500.

We have had awful service at all. At the restaurant we ordered our food at 8 pm, the meal arrived at 10 o'clock. İn this two hours we asked 3 times they said would be ready in 5 munites.. even the order taken from manager called James. The manager said 5 munites than disappeared straight away. Not happy at all…..

always being told there’s a wait for a table when arriving and they visibly have tables free? Very confusing.. and when you finally get your food after waiting 45 mins it will be lukewarm.All the staff seem like they don’t want to be there any everything is a big effort for them.Probably worst nandos I’ve been to.

Such friendly service from everyone here and they really went out of their way to make our experience fantastic. They accepted an out of date voucher which was extremely kind, but even with problems with out of stock items, they were very helpful and I felt valued here. Thank you for wonderful service and lovely food.

I've frequented a number of Nandos restaurants and have to say this has been the nicest so far. Staff are really friendly and welcoming, the store was clean and tidy and the food as always was delicious.We were welcomed instantly, although we could see all servers were busy with other tables they acknowledged us straight away and were seated only a minute after entering the building, we had a pram with us so they sat us in an easier space for us to put the pram and because we didn't want to be in the way of anyone either.Even though we've been to many Nandos chains they explained the process of ordering again with is always useful especially if you are a first timer. They even explained where the baby changing station was as well in case we needed it.We ordered easily using the app and the glasses for drinks arrived almost instantly with a portion of our starters (Olives as they don't need cooking) About 10 minutes later our other starters arrived shortly followed by our mains. Looking back they were close together the arrival of all courses but I'm not docking a rating or really bothered by it so that's that really.Food was delicious, I had a Fino pitta with peri chips and spicy rice with is always a recommendation from me. Medium heat as well. Not spicy but has a little kick which is always good.All in all, a lovely experience for new parents trying to go out with a newborn and would visit again either though it isn't my nearest chain.

Great place! Food was amazing, staff were nice and food was beough in quickly. it was clean and everything was disinfected.

My fiancé is a massive fan of Nando's and this has always been our 'go-to' restaurant when it comes to going out for a quick bite. This time around i was not happy at all with the food. The chicken was not cooked and was still pink on the inside. This does put me off Nando's however my fiancé still loves it. I do appreciate the way handled it when I told them about this. I did not ask for a refund but they gave us a discount and brownies on the house.

Our first time in Nandos and both me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed it. It was busy when we went in but nobody was rushed. The staff had time for you and the food came at a very good speed. Would definatly recommend

Brought in a new system where you have to scan a code to be put into a virtual queue. It’s always busy at Nando’s so there was a wait for our table. Luckily it was sunny outside. We were called by the waiter to our table and told to scan another a code which will let us order online to prevent us to going up to the till and ordering with other people, I prefer this way. They have brought in table service now so the waiters/waitresses bring you everything like sauces and extra plates/napkins cutlery glasses, so you don’t have to move out your seats. the staff are very fast and are on top of refilling your drinks when your low. My friends meal came missing the chicken, we saw the humour side of things and the staff went beyond to fix this. Our waiter was lovely, didn’t catch his name. Lovely food and very fast service. Tried the new flavour called Garlic Bbq, it was delicious I hope they keep it in the menu. Lovely restaurant and very clean. Will go again.
