Pizza Hut in Flintshire

Once you navigated the new app. Ordering was quick and easy straight to the table.Service was excellent and very helpful.We ordered the gluten free pizza, brought out separately away from the gluten pizzas. And it was really good.

It was just ok there was a kiddies party on so the salad bar was not kept stocked, yes they were busy with the kiddies but we were paying customers too

We had a lovely buffet lunch here today.Pizzas were really tasty and the restaurant and toilets were really clean and tidy.I've only given 4 stars out of 5 due to the fact that they no longer take cash, it's cards only!

Not the best pizza hut we've visited. It wasn't very clean at all, the floors were sticky throughout, doors and door handles were sticky and clearly hadn't been wiped down for a long time, the toilets were no better, every surface in the whole building was gross with a grubby residue.Although I would have preferred not to eat there, we had been travelling for a while and needed to find somewhere to eat. The food itself was ok, the small pizza however had been rolled as thin as a sheet of paper and was so floppy you couldn't pick it up.There were no sauces for the kids ice creams and there was no cordial for the bottomless drinks.Won't be visiting that branch again.

Avoid at all costs!Ice cream factory is broken, drinks machine is faulty and I was hoping to use my blue light card but you cannot with any of the 'deals'.. I had an individual: a tiny pizza, small fries and unlimited drink for £17 if you call that a deal. My son had a 'big boss' that was three nuggets with fries and garlic bread, if I wasn't seething at the portion sizes so much I'd laugh at the irony.Staff are friendly buy hardly overworked with the three tables they had; That should've been my first clue.Never again Pizza Hut!!

Service was very good and staff pleasant and cheerful, slap enjoyed the pizza

Nice staff but order on app no customer service, not there fault but totally no interest just order , pay, eat go

Pizza Hut has gone downhill since I last been. You have to order by their app, no longer starters sides come out with your main. Menu is a lot smaller! Won’t be going back again!

Excellent food it was nice and hot , good customer service my issue was the portion of chips wasnt big enough to share

It was ok here nothing to right home about only had 5 types of pizza two of them had pineapple on one margarita one pepperoni and vegetarian one.They have also limited the selection on the salad bar there's no pasta salads anymore or couscous to be honest is quite disappointing at this Pizza Hut at this coming time used to be a quite a good one gone downhill in my opinion.I also be visiting the one in Rhyl to see if it's gone downhill as bad as this one poor show Pizza Hut very disappointing.
