Pound Bakery in Flintshire

Just been in to pound bakery, hight st, mold. Assistant making up rolls with NO gloves on, NO mask on and her hair not tied back! Walked out in disgust!

I go to Poundbakery quite often when I’m in Mold. The curry sausage roll is gorgeous.The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Foods ok, lot of items are 'burnt' and the staff seem to be rude and quite sharp. The staff are nice to the 'locals' but don't seem that polite to 'outsiders'.

Good value I have noticed here they have a better range of baked goods like spicy sausage rolls and spicy slices not all had them.Carrot cake is amazing beautifully soft with the right amounts of frosting.Meal deals are worth the value to

Get in early and you can get some really nice bakery items. As the day rolls on though the stick becomes smaller and stailer. Fillings in sandwiches is minimal at best, but they are only a pound after all. Cakes are good and make good value. Sausage rolls again need to be caught early to get the best. Can get very busy at peak times so expect a queue.
