Shamol Tandoori in Flintshire

We have been regular customers of the Shamol Tandoori for several years and we have always been really impressed by the wide range of choice, portion sizes, value and high standard of their meals. In addition the service whether ordering inside or the efficient home delivery service is friendly and helpful. We ordered again tonight, the delivery was less than 50 minutes and the delicious food prompted this review. We particularly recommend the mixed starter, Chicken Jaipuri, Tikka Massala and Madras.

Extremely tasty food from Shamol! Have ordered from here at least 10 times over the past few months and have never been disappointed. We usually get a lamb pathia, paneer massala, keema rice and chips… it never disappoints! Fast delivery to our front door and the delivery drivers are always friendly. Thank you Shamol, we’ll be seeing you again very soon!!

For a second I thought I had Covid 19 - as the Chicken Madras was tasteless and probably the worst I’ve ever had. Will give it a miss from now on, shame as not many in the area

We ordered food 2 hours ago and it still has not been delivered. I've rung twice to chase it and been told they would call up back. Still waiting for that call. Don't use them if you want to eat.

Disgusting ! Ordered a meal for delivery yesterday. Rice and Nan were fine but the 5 mains were awful. Lamb was tough, chicken burnt and the Tikka Masala had the sauce served separately and must have had at least 2 whole onions on each portion. Nothing like a Tikka Masala. Vindaloo was swimming in grease. Whoever was cooking last night needs to go back and learn how it shpuld be done. Won't be ordering from there again for a very long time !

Never had a bad meal from here. Had our first 'take out' meal in over 3 months of lock down. We sat mmming and ahhhing ovr the great taste. Thank you ☺

always had good service here, great food, plenty of it too, their lemon rice is my fav. would highly recommend.

Ordered through justeat, given an ETA for order of over an hour, food then arrived 40 minutes after this - almost 2 hours after ordering!Then discovered my chicken curry dish was in fact lamb which I hate, so another wait for them to send correct curry, by which time everything else was cold.Wouldn't order from here again
