Starbucks in Flintshire

Was OK for a quick pit stop during work. First time I've actually been in one. Staff were friendly though took a while for someone to ask what we wanted. Public areas were clean. Hot chocolate was nice but sandwiches not so much.

Watch out here, Parking eye gave me a £100 charge, small sign left of recruitment poster 2 hrs limit, Member of staff really unhelpful, when I went to query the charge. Told me that I will just have to pay it, I personally will not visit this one again although I pass it every day and will Not recommend it to anyone, There are other coffee shops,

Bought a cookies and cream frap earlier in the week from Starbucks in Manchester and enjoyed it so much i went out of my way today to get one from near my parents house in Deeside. Wouldn’t believe it was the same drink, it was like drinking water and ice with no flavour whatsoever. Tried mixing it all together with the cream but make no difference so ended up throwing in the bin. Please ensure the staff have correct training as it’s annoying and a lot of money to spend on a drink that isn’t right. Unable to go back as it was a take away ordered through drive thru and didn’t want to go back through tea time traffic

Staff are lovely and very friendly! We go regularly and there was a new member of staff on who was very helpful and friendly! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Roughest coffee ever had, tastes better out of the machine

Place always seems empty which is good in the sense that your served quickly..My only complaint is as with every Starbucks, the menu isint clear. It's on screens that keep changing and there is nothing on the wall to look at before you get to the counter. There is so many choices of drink but you have no clue what they are or what they cost.You either have to ask what's available or order something you know them to make.

So, ordered oat meal with no topping and a large Americano with an extra shot. 10 mins later oatmeal arrives, only me waiting by the way, then my coffee arrives 5 mins later. With only 4 shots. Asked where my extra shot is and who ever she was tried to tell me that it only comes with 3 shots and the 4th is my extra shot..... could not be bothered to argue clearly told her she was wrong and walked put to drink my cold coffee and eat my like warm porridge. Place was clean hence the star, in need of more training though I suspect.

The staff here are always welcoming and friendly, but my lady few visits the drinks have been awful. Not sure if it’s a lack of stock and so trying to make menu items with smaller amounts of what’s available or if it’s new staff that are training but my drinks here are never as good as other stores. Shame, because it’s definitely got the nicest staff!
