Tak Bo in Flintshire

Lovely, first time here, ordered a Chinese meal, was so tasty and was ready on time for when we arrived. Got loads of food. Good value for money. The curry was sooo nice. Would come back here again.

Well where to start by far the worse ever thing I’ve ever bought I added a picture of what it was like!!It was vile food what made me feel I’ll the next day this must of been left overs from god knows how long agoI tried ringing the place before I wrote this review but here goes by far the worse food I’ve attempted to eat dried up cement rice with no taste looked like boiled white rice to me with the smallest tray of chips squashed up in a tiny tray and I’ve saved the best for last is the chicken balls what are earth are they more like shredded chicken batter they were vile I wouldn’t even give them a star if I didn’t have to plastic bag was the best thing I received!!!

Excellent take away the meal was truly scrummy crispy chicken and the prawn dish was amazing. We ordered today for the first time.

2 hour wait for tiny ribs, soggy spring rolls and inedible main. The spicy box was overpriced, made up of mainly chips and the ribs were so small they could only have come from a budgie. The crispy chicken in Chinese sauce should be renamed crispy chicken in HP Brown sauce as the taste was identical. Salt and pepper chicken was tasteless and the chips were soggy - flavourless mush. Over £50 for an extremely disappointing meal. Didn't bother to complain as after a 2 hour wait we didn't fancy waiting another 2 hours for a replacement. Would definitely not recommend. Very poor meal.

Absolutely disgusting, extremely overpriced. Spent nearly £50 there for over cooked food that isn’t even edible. A little container of salt & pepper chicken is £7.30 that you can’t even eat! As you can see in the photos you can pull the lot of salt & pepper chicken out with a fork. Re-heated chips as well 🤮 How they are even allowed to serve this is beyond me!

Ordered a few times and food is lovely. Service really friendly and we only waited 10-15 minutes, but understand it does get really busy at the weekend.Really enjoyed the Crispy Shredded Chicken with Chilli in a Chinese Sauce. Far better than any other similar dish in a local takeaway. Prawn toast had nice amount of filling too. The Salt and Pepper ribs were battered and we prefer without batter, but just personal preference. Special Curry also great.

Telephone order for delivery took two hours to arrive, a large part of the order was missing but we didn't appear to be charged for it.The food which did arrive was of a good standard apart from the ribs and chicken wings which were very dry.Had everything turned up, complete, in a timely fashion and if the ribs/wings hadn't been dry, I'd have been happy rating the place a solid 4 stars.Edit after owner response: My order wasn't over a weekend and we did not chase up the missing items due to waiting so long for the food. We were advised the food would be an hour and a half wait when ordering.Nothing about my review has been constructed out of any malice or intention to damage your business, the food which came was of a good standard. I have simply given an honest overview of my experience.

Good food take away or delivery option available clean and hygieneic just had the special fried rice and special curry good big portions rice full of prawns and meat highly recommen both delivery was with in the hour at a very busy time thanks guys great food.

I went here about a week ago. Lovely and friendly service, short waiting time for order and everything I ordered was there. Delightful food! Extremely tasty. Nice waiting area and restaurant but could have more comfier seats in waiting area. Not that uncomfortable though. Good Chinese, I recommend it!
