Pub is divided into small sitting areas with TVs to watch live sporting events. There is also a pool table. They have 4 kinds of beer on tap and cider.

5 star excellent service u cld not ask for a more friendly pub even I'm not from flint there been so welcome in a pub

A good refuge when you just missed your bus, or have a long wait at nearby Flint railway station. Big spacious pub, clean and basic.... Great drink prices too.

I know, another 4 star review. Am I just one of those people who sycophantically grades places? Well, yes, but as a Guide I usually choose only to review places I like and I like The ShipFrom the outside, The Ship may seem a little intimidating (or maybe that's just me) but it's a really friendly place. I've only visited of a lunchtime, but it was a good experienceThe Ship is part of work's Friday tradition!

This is your typical town boozer, however on Saturday this turns into a lively pub rock venue, with a band. Beer is reasonably priced with an average selection. Good place to go for a quiet drink during the day.

Lovely local pub. Great regular characters. Never any trouble which adds to a relaxed visit.Shame footy not on any more though but appreciate the crippling costs they have to pay.

Great days and happy hour daily lasting for two hours! Can't beat the prices! Bands at weekend. Great night!

Very disappointed with my stay here, the room was dirty with dead flys and spiders on the window sill, bed was falling apart, bathroom wasn't any better mold, dirt and grime, food wasn't on offer no one about in the morning even thou they offer breakfast? night life is dull should of stayed at a near by hotel, lesson learnt get what you pay for but £55 a night you would of thought they would clean the bathroom, this ship has sunk

Friendly and helpful staff. Very cheap. You can't get better for £25. Great breakfast. Taxis close by. They sell beer and food. What else do you want or expect for your money? On my way back there now.
