Traditional style pub all the locals in to enjoy it… I was only there for a short period of time but the landlord and landlady seem very friendly… well worth a visit

Had a Sunday dinner, was edible. Place could do with a bit of a scrub and treat the damp inside but I'm sure it works well as a local watering hole. Staff were absolutely wonderful though. Hopefully owners will consider revamping and improving on the food. Great to know it's doggy friendly too!

Had our first meal in the yacht. Great food and large quantities and served piping hot. Well done Yvette. Would highly recommend people to eat there. Friendly professional service

A bright and friendly pub and also a dog friendly and great welcome as you enter, serving delicious food, nothing beat the hand-cut chips in this place, all home-cooked food and homemade pudding...serving wine, beers and cask ales and relaxing atmosphere...We offer food specials during the week, quiz night every Tuesday 9pm.live gig every Saturday 9pm. And poker night every Sunday 8pm. Everybody's welcome new customers and passers by

Great little local. Always friendly regulars. Cask bitter always goid (Doombar) and usually a guest ale. Small but beautifully clean and tidy. A gem.
