Steve and Tracy are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them . The room(s) are lovely and very clean. Ideal base for town , beach and country . Breakfast was the best we’ve had in a b&b mostly locally sourced . We will definitely be visiting again .

Stayed at Aber house for a long weekend for work purposes, excellent hosts who couldn't do enough to help while we worked odd shift times. Very comfy rooms and the building has tons of charm and character. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Cheers.

Wonderful hosts and a great location made this a fantastic stay for us. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of room outside on the patio. All the usual amenities in the nearby town. Great breakfasts as well.

Amazing stay from start to finish. New owners Tracey and Steve were amazing and have brought the B&B back to its glory. We were made to feel like we were home and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

We haven't stayed here but stopped to have lunch in the pretty courtyard around the back. The food was lovely and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be going back.

If I could give more than 5 stars then I would! Tracey and Steve are the most amazing hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them, even volunteering to be our witnesses at our secret wedding(they were fantastic witnesses!), friendly, warm people who go above and beyond. Aber House has been improved beyond recognition in the year they have owned it, a very tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, welcoming place to stay. Breakfast is delicious with so much choice and limitless tea, coffee, toast. My husband said the poached eggs were the best he's tasted and I was lucky enough to sample Steve's homemade wholemeal bread and teacakes, both absolutely yummy. Aber House is in a central location with easy access to shops/beach/harbour. We arrived as strangers and left as friends, we are already planning our next trip.

Thank you to Tracey and Steve for making us feel so welcome at Aber House. The location was fabulous in the centre of town and less than a 5 minute walk to the beech. We were welcomed from the moment we arrived and this continued throughout making us feel at home. The room was large and the breakfast each day was really lovely and as a vegetarian a big effort was made to make sure I had a good variety. I would highly recommend staying at this B&B.

Absolutely lovely place! Just a few steps outside the busy part of Barmouth where you can sit inside or at the back on the patio. We had a delicious homemade cheesecake and fresh lemonade. Very nice people and dog friendly. Ideal place to sit and relax and try something out of the ordinary.

Our stay at Aber House as usual was wonderful, the staff were accommodating and kind. After our first day the owners cat was lost, a day later we found him and brought him to the owner. Over this we made a friend and enjoyed unparalleled hospitality.Claudia is wonderful as well as all her staff. Be sure to say hello to the hotel dog and Kater the cat!Would highly recommend a stay in this hotel.
