I do not recommend this place at all. Very poor quality food and ridiculously priced (more expensive than London). The meat - chicken/prawns/lamb - in the biryani tasted like they were remains of other dishes and thrown together. The food didn't taste fresh and tasted like it had been cooked weeks before and frozen. The other dishes were tasteessThe truck is dolgellau has better Indian food. Then we saw the bill - £15 for a biryani is just theft in broad daylight. I'd have been willing to pay this if the food was good/half decent, but it was just salt to injury

Great restaurant. We had the set meal for 4, all the dishes were delicious and there was plenty of food. The service was also very good.

Good curry don't sell alcohol but you can bring your own

For a start mint sauce was yellow mango chutney red.The two dishes we had were just ok.Plenty of chicken.Really put of by colour of the sauces.

Tasty food, reasonably priced, staff friendly and helpful. Would eat here again. Can take your own beer.

Yeah, just meh. Pretty pricey for a mediocre curry. Good chicken chunks, but not enough flavour in any of the three currys we ordered. Onion rice was good. Sag aloo was better than most. Chicken dhansak was not really hot enough and lacking in flavour, £10 for a take away chicken tikka masala, pretty high for the level of flavour.Im a big fan of Chicken chat, but this one was just ok.Poppadoms were crispy but were a bit too greasy for our family.

We made an impromptu booking for 12, to prevent us doing the washing up back at the Airbnb. It is bring your own booze, so we were able to stick to what we were already drinking. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered a wide selection of food, none of which disappointed. The portions were particularly generous. I had a lamb biryani, which had large and tender chunks of lamb - my preferred style.

Ordered by phone, 9th October. We were staying in the local area for the weekend. They recited the order back to us all was good. Drove there to pick it all up. Got back to our cottage. Parts of our order were missing. Annoying. One main course missing. Would've spent more in fuel going to sort it out than the lamb biryani was worth. One member of our group not happy. Chicken dish I had was so sweet I made my teeth itch.Maybe next time we'd have a better experience.

Great little restaurant. The staff were courteous. The food was good and they provide plenty of it. There is no licence to sell alcoholic drinks, so if you fancy a tipple bring your own (no corkage fee - which is fab); they provide the glasses. There's space for circa 50 in the main restaurant and they do take away too. Parking is on the high street. Overall a great meal out.

If you're wondering whether to go here or not then I'll solve that and say yes! Been here twice, once in a large group and once alone. Both times the food has been fantastic and the BYOB is nice. The owner can be a little pushy to finish quickly but never an issue, can't wait till the next time!
