Bella Pizza in Gwynedd

Bella Pizza was just shy of exceptional. We ordered 7 pizzas after a day of activities that arrived within about 40 minutes. The Meat Feast was a sight to behold and was washed down well with a free bottle of Tango. The onion rings never arrived but I hate onion rings. Whenever I think of the Jones Stag I will have fond memories of Bella Pizza

!PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER!Awful, terrible. Absolute appalling.My standards for kebab shops isn't exactly high in the clouds, but the service and food quality I got was horrible.I ordered popcorn chicken, a chicken doner wrap, and a large lamb kebab, with salted chips.The lamb was barely seasoned, the chicken doner (almost exclusively made with thigh meat) was DRY, the portion size of the large (£8.50) lamb kebab was just sad. The chicken was overcooked and missing its dipping sauce. And to top things off, there were no chips at all!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I only ordered because it was the only place that delivered to my residence. Here are some alternatives I strongly suggest you get instead if the opportunity arises: Caernarfon kebabs, any other kebab shop, chew on seaweed on the marina, it'll be easier to chew and taste better, and much quicker than the near two hour wait time from bella pizza. Waste of near on 20 quid and two hours of my time, I could and should have just thrown some cheap freezer food in the oven for an hour. Still wouldn't be as dry and overcooked as their lamb.You may think I'm embellishing to the extreme, but I assure you I'm not. I genuinely believe you'll enjoy seaweed pulled from a pile of lager cans and someone's urine than the food from this place. Such a waste. It's a wonder this place is still open

Avoid at all costs. Unreliable, food didn't show. Will take an age to get your money back. Not worth the hassle at all... Didn't know wether to eat or not unsure if it'd turn up. Unhelpful staff. Rude driver.

Delivery really quick, no cheese on my kebab as asked for, pitta bread hard & donner meat cold. Lucky I gave 3 stars.

If I could give it zero then it would be. Food was two hours late, order was wrong, don't trust anything the just eat app says.It took several calls to remind them to even cook the pizza, another one to get them to actually deliver it.Its gets better though....the pizza finally arrived and it was absolutely dire. My dog eats better. In fact I wouldn't have even fed it to the dog...no couldn't... couldn't put the poor little sod through it.

Ordered through just eat. By the time it turned up it was so late it was a joke think the delivery driver must of stopped on the way to eat it then on his way back ran over a chicken then he had to pluck it before cooking it. He must of then gone for a 30min nap in the back of his car before finally delivering my chicken kebab. Which went straight in the bin as i already went out for a sit down meal and a few drinks before coming home for the delivery.

We found this was the only place to deliver to our holiday home so we appreciated that! Pizza, burgers and garlic bread were delicious, but we found the kebabs to be dry so wouldn’t recommend. Also, unfortunately the delivery time was one time 45 mins later than the estimate, and 1hr late the following time. However, as stated some of the food is lovely, so if you want to order from here maybe order earlier on to ensure the food isn’t too late!

We ordered 2 x 12 inch Pizzas and a Garlic bread at 18.45pm, to be told it may take an hour to get to us - which we were happy with, even though our children were starving and due in bed. After waiting 1 hour 45 minutes we called again to find out where our order was, to be told it was out for delivery. We then called again at 21.30pm (2 hours and 45 minutes after ordering) and the driver turned up whilst we were on the phone. He had 2 stone cold pizzas, no garlic bread (for our children) and missing a bottle of pop. We were then charged £27.00! I appreciate the delivery charge was £5, but £22 for 2 cold pizza's and a bottle of pop is a complete joke, especially after waiting nearly 3 hours!As a family we were on our first holiday away from home for over 6 months due to covid and were starving after travelling all day, treating the children to a late night and takeaway to have it completely ruined and feeling ripped off. How it takes nearly 3 hours to send 2 pizza's out is beyond me, and then to miss out nearly half the order is ridiculous.I do not recommend.

I have been a customer from day 1. The boss is extreamly kind and looks after people who respect him and his team. Hes always been a fair boss . he also takes pride in his produce and monitors the standard of products he sells. The shop alwas friendly and clean. The pizza is and has been for 30 years the best and most tasty going. When busy all delivery outlets struggle but id definatly eat from ere. Its all good
