Four of us called in here for breakfast after reading the great reviews. Just off the high street it's tucked away and you wouldn't know what a treat is in store without stepping inside. It's got a great trendy vibe and offers breakfast dishes with an extra special twist. We had, Waffle, Avocado Smash, Nduja and Eggs and Scrambled eggs on toast. All were absolutely delicious!! Would definitely recommend you search this place out and give it a try.

A lovely little gem. Nice quirky coffee shop. I enjoyed my little posh coffee and my husband his hot chocolate. Extra nice staff and water were brought for us without asking for it. Little gestures like that make this place special. When we have more time we will stop for a meal.

One of my favorites place to go for food when I'm up in these part. Always good. Home made and fresh. Staff are very good. Would definitely recommend if your in the area. Best to book a table as it's very popular. Thanks guys.

I would eat there all the time if I didn't live on the other side of the country! We had eggs with chorizo and potatoes and it was a 10/10 meal. Beautifuly presented and it tasted delicious as well. I had a scone with jam and cream for the first time in my life and it was a damn good first impression! The espresso was very good and the tea they served me was proper!I love this place! The food is impressive and it's well worth the money! The atmosphere and the staff were very nice and welcoming as well!

The locals lounge. Blue Sky Cafe & Taproom is THE place to visit. It is the best eatery, lounge, cafe in all of Bangor. From the humble sign on the high street, it is surprising what you’ll experience. It has 2 floors of splendour. Downstairs hosts the bar, while upstairs is the cafe. Downstairs is a cosy, darker space. Upstairs is high ceiling, bright lounge-y goodness. The staff are lovely and their coffee crafting is sensational.

Came here for a live music event. The space upstairs was good for the event and the beer was reasonably priced. Some of the taps were a little slow. I’ve been here for food previously which has also been good.

Great atmosphere, friendly chatty staff, and a warm fire on a manky wet day. Really good!

Always a lovely experience! I had the felafel basket and pink lemonade, while my friend had one of the seitan&veggie burgers. Food was SO good! Really lovely customer service by everyone we interacted with too!

Fantastic place; great food and coffee, with fabulous beer on tap/take home too. Really good decor and friendly staff. Would heartily recommend. Book in advance as it is popular.

This place is a must visit. We received a warm friendly welcome at the door and were served patiently as we weren't sure what to have, being first timers. Simply put, the food was outstanding. If you go before 11.30 I can only recommend the full Welsh breakfast. It tastes even better than it looks! Also the caramel hot chocolate was delicious and I'm told the granola yoghurt thing that my GF had was great too:) Great vibes here. Highly recommend!
