Burger King in Gwynedd

The usual fare for Burger King, expensive for what it is, but far better quality than competitors. It ranges from decent to vey nice.My only gripes are as follows.They rather frequently forget to salt their fries at this location in particular, which doesn't matter too much, as they're still crispy and well cooked fries, as opposed to the often soggy and poorly cooked fries you might get at KFC or McDonalds.Onto something close to my heart (and arteries)...The bacon double cheeseburger. Priced at 4.59, it consists of: a standard seeded bun, two regular beef patties, two slices of 'cheese' and two small strips of bacon, and oddly, no sauce. Standard fare for a fast food chain. HOWEVERThe double cheeseburger. Priced at 1.99, it consists of the same as the bacon double, minus the bacon, and includes ketchup, mustard, and pickles.Burger king allows customization of burgers including the ability to add bacon onto a burger for an extra 50p. By this logic, you're paying £2.60 for the addition of two small slices of bacon on a burger if you buy the bacon double. They even refuse to customize double cheeseburgers despite there being no known company policy against it. Oddly enough, this locations ordering machines have even listed the double cheeseburger as unavailable for the express purpose of charging 2.60 for small slices of bacon.It is insane and deeply confusing in all logical senses of the word and needed to be spoken of.

Burger was cold... Next one I was given as I sat down for replacement not much better in temp so guess not cooked fresh like normally do at burger king as impossible in Less than a min. pleasent staff though and clean.

Burgers far tastier than McDonalds..bit pricey though....biggest complaint was the tatty state of the whole site...the litter in the car park and mud..really needs a good clean...all the plants needed some tlc also....Burger King itself was fine though

I used to love Burger King. I would never go to McDonald's, only ever went to BK.I went to the one just outside Bangor, the services one, yesterday.I'll tell you what, if that is a typical BK, then forget it! What a disaster that place is. I only ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and fries and they managed to get it wrong. Somehow they forget to put the bacon on. Yes, I did take it back.I know it's not the best of jobs working in a fast food establishment but come on guys and girls, have some pride in your work and at least try to look happy even though you're obviously not.I have used McDonald's a couple of times and I think I'll stick with them for now.

I'm a vegetarian but my husband isn't so his take is 100%loving it there. So stars are from his experience. He so enjoyed everything about burger King.

Burger were good but eveeything else is better in McDonalds, that is including staff, servis, oder machines are working there and not freezing when it comes to payment. Girl behind the till clearly wanted us to Just walk away with her attitude, order Arrived wrong without the extra that we asked for. Not recommend to anyone

Expensive and not overly clean. Very busy and lots of toddlers running round screaming

Nice and clean with loads of space. Friendly staff. Toilets are usually clean so that's usually a good sign when going to a restaurant. Would recommend.

Don't bother to visit, ordering via screen, confusing in itself. When order eventually arrived wrong order. Food OK but coffee was dreadful. Not particularly clean, maybe because it is an outlet and not a proper dedicated shop. Needs lots of improvements to staff and surroundings.

Not that many Burgerkings in North Wales and it can be a hit or miss if you get a hot burger there unless it has hot sauce on it. Fries are usually the only hot part of the meal and never drink the coffee there it has a burnt taste.
