Lovely gardens and what a view, drinks and food available, gift shop and plants for sale. Zip wire and wooden castle for the kids to play on. This is a little gem and well worth a visit.

Views are lovely. Garden is nice. But the price is rediculus, 2a and 2c for £18. At the time we visited the play area was getting rebuilt and there was no mention of this at the start and no reduction in the fee. Very expensive nice view.

Wonderful place, beautiful views, beautiful gardens and the food and service was brilliant. Already told my friends and family to visit and we'll be back again next summer. Thank you :)

Fantastic little garden & property. Steep road up & VERY NARROW road at the end into the house (not suitable for Vans + Transporters etc)...but walkable to the property after the last cattle gate if you are in a larger than a large MPV. The property has what appears to be a B&B / small cottage holiday let. Worth the trip if your close bye...or if your a while away...take the trip to here, then onto bala Town & the lake to make a day of it 👍

Lovely cared for gardens. Very quiet and peaceful. Definitely the place to go of you are looking for relaxation. There is even a nice children's play area in the woods. And the staff are very sweet.

the most beautiful gardens I've been to in Wales. the scenery and location are perfect, the staff are very nice and facilities are clean: couldn't ask for a nicer place. I wish I never had too leave! plus the food is delicious!

What fabulous gardens. Lots of garden 'rooms', even wisteria and magnolia still out. Round each corner different designs and still colourful beds. Loved the soup and sandwich too. The lightest home made brown bread ever tasted. A must to visit.

Shhh! Try and keep this little gem to yourself. Bet you can't! Beautiful gardens for the young & old to relax-in and/or explore. Out of the way quirky and just brilliant. This could also describe the owners whose enthusiasm brings life into this hill-top setting above Bala where the views are breathtaking. Make sure to also try the cafe - the food was great and very reasonably priced. Don't look for, or expect to see, a 'run-of-the-mill' commercially-styled experience. That it is not and we will certainly return.

This is a lovely, family run business. The path meanders seemingly aimlessly through the gardens but takes you to hidden places, some with magnificent views over the surrounding hills and mountains. There is a great section on the hillside for kids of all ages to go and play. After taking in the garden there is a good cafe where you can refuel on tea/coffee and CAKES. Your hosts, Stephanie and Toby, run the place between them and share the catering jobs - Stephanie making the most delicious cakes and Toby is in the kitchen where he produces lovely snacks of the hot and cold variety. Check out their onsite accommodation - The Hovel and The Pigsty, great if you want somewhere central to explore the bountiful riches Wales has to offer.

This is a stunning gardens & cafe, just hidden away from the main road near to Bala. Our kids loved the adventure play area hidden in the forest, with the fort, obstacle course, zip wire & much more. They could have played there for many more hours. We loved the garden area, with a dahlia walk, water features and thoughtfully dotted about benches to enjoy the views across the Welsh countryside. The little cafe is fabulous, we all had drinks and stared enviously at the food to plan what we might eat next time we visit. Thanks for being so welcoming Stephanie & Toby x
