Only go here when Dawn comes up to visit as she likes the coffee

Worst cappuccino I've had for quite a while. Shocked as thought nero universal. But Bangor Nero coffee was scalding milky tasteless dishwater. Very disappointed.

A very conveniently located and comfortable cafeteria where I was able to charge my mobile, enjoy a lovely coffee and relax with a good book.A pleasant break from an otherwise "Bustling Britain".

This place is my chill cosy place! I love to drink tea there or take one to go with the cakes of the season (the chocolate delice is my guilty pleasure) I went all the way there even when I know that it is not close to my student accomodation because their uniquness is impressive! You can stay warm during winter time too, do interview and meet friends there too. This place is one happy place for me ;D

The staff are always so happy and friendly. I love the relaxed atmosphere and the classical music that is playing (every time I've been in, at least!). Great iced coffee too!

Always enjoy visiting Nero, their points system is by far one of the best I have come across as you can redeem it against any drink essentially. Wait times are sometimes long as the drinks prep area is quite confined.

It's an okay place to get a quick bite and a hot drink. However, the place needs some TLC. The floor near the entrance has lost its varnish and looks very worn out. Then there is the issue of the toilets, they need proper cleaning. All the necessary stuff is there but lacks proper care. I know covid restrictions have been relaxed but it's worrying that stuff have no covid procedures in place and were not wearing any PPE.

Great atmosphere, perfect place to meet up with people. Their hot drinks are good.

nice place. But. The working time must be changed. The best would be closing at 10:00 pm

Lovely coffee shop, nice lay out and good amount of seating. Often busy in here with students and locals enjoying coffee and the nice relaxed atmosphere. Staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful and will remember your order if you're in there often enough like me... :D Highly recommend.
