Absolutely zero customer service. Avoid this place like the plague. The owner is rude and abusive!!! Spend your money somewhere where they value it.

Food is amazingly delicious, good price for what you get

We were group of 11 people with 1 special need child who was having chips from an outside shop. The child only wanted to have chips which was not on their Manu. Even after explaining it to the server she ordered us to either stop the child to eat outside food or leave. TO A SPECIAL NEED CHILD for god sake! Server yells like a truck. Totally Uncivilized and inhumane! The manager/ owner is not any better either. Worst experience ever. There should be zero star for a business like this.

A total disgrace. Only go there if you want to hurt your stomach and spoil your day. They just want you to buy food and leave. The young lady who serves the food is probably the most uncivilised person you have ever met. By the way, they only except cash (no debit or credit cards). I don’t care that they evade tax but only if they knew how to behave with tourists in the civilised world. Wish I could give them a zero rating. My worst experience ever. This sort of restaurant should not exist such a beautiful place.

Beware! Place is a dump. Not good for kids/children at all. Very unfriendly. Not hospitalble for a business in the hospitality industry. Not good value for food considering its price.

You told a family with a child who had autism to "get out". You should be ashamed to be in the hospitality business and question what kind of a human being you are. Utterly disgraceful! 😡

Great location and fairly good menu. Hot items are a little over priced and pizzas not great. Gourmet burger didn't really live up to description but it was nice. Wouldn't call cheese slices gourmet! Sweet shop adjacent is fab. Full of traditional and contemporary sweets. A must visit if in Harlech.
