Just get the bacon baguette and you will be coming back for more, not the same day i may add as you won't be able to eat 2. Great service and real food. And the bonus is the fishing, we hadn't been back for a few years but the owner welcomed us back as though we had been last week.

Great fishery. Friendly staff. Lovely cafe. Can't fault it.

Fantastic day with the family. We had planned to visit a different fishery the following day but returned to Eisteddfa instead. The staff were so helpful with the kids and the hiring of tackle was really useful. Whilst we did not catch any of the monsters in the pleasure lake, plenty big fish were brought out by other anglers. The fishery is set in beautiful surroundings. Can't recommend this place enough. We will be coming back.

Really lovely way to spend a few hours with kids. My sons caught lots of little fish which kept their attention for the duration of our time here. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the café and building are modern and super clean, and the staff are beyond lovely. Definitely recommend for a visit if you're in the area.

Great little place to spent few hours. Did not get to grips with catching, but massive storm last night may have unsettled the fish a bit. Fair price for days fishing and toilets and cafe are spot on

Don't be put off by the fact this is a fishery if fishing isn't your thing, the food in the cafe is excellent and I can highly recommend the breakfasts. Food is lovely and fresh and the bread in particular was delicious. If on the other hand you enjoy fishing, there is plenty of options here from catching your own trout for tea to spending some family time catching smaller fish (and releasing them again). There are a number of ponds set within a nice landscape and with a peaceful atmosphere.Staff in both the cafe and the fishing side were really friendly and we actually ended up having a trout donated to us, which ended up on our plates for tea, and which was totally delicious. We're planning a return visit but to actually fish next time.
