Nice little cafe to go into for a light snack.

Staff lovely and friendly, food completely amazing. We treated ourselves to a full breakfast each and they were a real treat, especially on a windy rainy day. The food was perfectly cooked, delicious and nice and hot. Also reasonably priced! Another bonus was hearing the Welsh language in use by the staff. Diolch!

Very tasty welsh ham and eggs. Staff friendly although seemed a little disorganised.

Busy, friendly, clean, good quality food. Lovely cappuccino. Only niggles were, no onion marmalade that one of our party was really looking forward to and they couldn't offer plain tuna sandwich, busy time so understandable. Would still happily return.

Was not pleased at all. There were plates everywhere when we got there with no staff clearing them.We had to ask the staff to clear the table. The food was very overpriced for what it was, I had a lamb burger which was small and came with goats cheese which was the same size as the burger.My hubby had the maes massive which was undercooked with overcooked onion rings.When our drinks arrived my saucer was badly chipped and seeing how the staff treated the plates no wonder why.They had a black bucket which they just dropped the dirty plates, cups, cutlery and if any food was left on the plate that as well.Also there were loads of food on the floor (nice slip hazard).Not once did a staff member come and check on us. Safe to say not the best experience.

Had a beautiful lunch here. Beautifully presented and very, very tasty. The staff are exceptional. Was offered water for the dogs and the young man who served us was extremely pleasant, helpful and efficient. Very busy so had to wait a while for our meals to be served but very much worth it.

Had a disappointing visit. We ordered our food to be told they did not have our choices as they had run out. That’s no issue as it’s a busy place so understand this happens. So we made new choices, all well and waiting for food for two hungry kids, 30 minutes later to be told they can not complete our order. So we made new choices again, to only be told they cannot deliver this either. That’s not my issue really it’s the way they handled it. After an hours wait we still had no food. So asked for a refund, which eventually happened. But they where short and rude at the end. I understand things can go wrong but it’s the way you handle things like this. Didn’t even offer the full refund for drinks that we now had to go and get again and two very hungry and tired kids. This killed a nice day!We eat out alot and was been the most disappointed I have been!

Love this place. First place to call in Caernafon. Seats outside overlooking the castle and market square.Three floors to the cafe with a bar in the basement selling good selection of local ales. There are also beer and cider taps behind the counter where you order food and bottles of wine, beer, cider and ales in the chilled unit so you can grab a drink with your meal.Extensive menu choices with breakfast available all day and all cooked fresh to order.Staff are always friendly and efficient.Good selection of cakes including gluten free choices.Dogs welcome outside and water and shade provided for them.Order at the counter then food and drink bought to your table.
