Copa Diner & Bar in Gwynedd

Covid measures in place, great food, fast and friendly service, no waiting to get in despite bot booking ahead.Stayed in Caernarfon to climb Snowdon and was delighted with this post climb meal.

Didn't even bother to eat due to the awful customer service. Entered the premises and waited by the "wait here to be seated sign" and got totally ignored by the staff. We were in eye contact with all of the staff and nobody bothered to approach us or even acknowledge our requirements for a table. After a few minutes we decided to leave and go elsewhere, only to find perfect customer service and great food. For a company who have signs outside stating they'd missed their customers and glad they were back open, their customer service certainly doesn't promote that philosophy.

Me and my friends went for a trip to see the castle, we got hungry and we were very lucky to find this place. We had pizzas, 3 of us loved them, we were full and kept eating. Very nice insight, confy couches with TV great atmosphere and very friendly stuff!!!

Shame because I wanted to support a local business. They are obviously struggling with the new way they are having to work and so was willing to be patient but unfortunately everything was bad. We sat for ages without being offered a menu before finding one ourselves, didn’t get a our order taken instead had to find someone at the bar, when the food came it was inedible especially the pizza which burnt in parts and some how raw in others. I hope they turn it around.

Friendly staff and nice food !But the burgers and garlic breads are very fatty, the floor is sticky and the service is slow...

Best pizza ever, and the pasta my partner had looked incredible. We were able to take away the pizza I couldn't finish, and we all enjoyed finishing it later that night. Lovely place, good management, good atmosphere. Great place to watch sports on the big screen

Good customer service and good food for your money. Didnt have to wait long for our food and drink to be delivered.

Visted here on a family holiday. We were greeted snd guided to a table and given time to pick what we wanted. The menu was a bit limited, but makes up for this in huge portions of food. The service was quick but this may be due to the fact the place was empty. The pizza was nice and the chips are amazing! Price was reasonable but seemed that the place was a little empty, may of visted at a bad time.

Nicely located bar/diner mainly serving fast food. Some nice elevated views over the river. Food was good, generous size portion's and not to badly priced. Not a massive menu, and only a few vegetarian options. Service was great, with friendly staff.

Cocktails are either excellent or comically bad, depending on who serves them. Unless you don't mind a complete faff ordering drinks and are happy to complain when it all goes wrong, avoid.
