Domino's Pizza in Gwynedd

when we got there, the garlic bread was overdone, we didnt see it, staff said so, so they decided to make another. its the worse i have ever had from here.i order from here nearly every night, £45 to £50 a pop. i dont know if i will order again, because of cooking a new garlic bread, the rest of the food was pure cold. both garlic breads were just bread, deffo no sauce and barley any sight of cheese.the cheese pizza was a bit burnt.very dissapointed.see photos. took more photos, but theese will do for now. awful.

The pizza made here is heavenly, however The shop is too small. Customers seem to congest themselves when they get here.

This was my comfort food during my student days at bangor.Looking at all the negative comments, I never had a bad encounter throughout, I used to order takeout given that the place was too small for dine in.My fav orders:1) wings2) margherita pizza3) spicy vegetarian pizzaDont miss out on their amazing ranch sauce.They usually have great offers, good for sharing as well.Highly recommended especially during the cold nights

The incompetnce of the staff here is unreal. The manager ia also incompetent. Waited for my order for over 2 hours. Had to go search for the driver only to realize apart of my order was still missing. Told them I would wait ob my order. Whilst at the restaurant they send off my order with a driver without actually simply telling me it was ready and I had to continue waiting in order for the deiver to return with my order and the manager had the nerve to tlbe upset. Some people shouod not run an operation.

Useless swineDry, bland, tasteless pizza. Bought just for the brand, doesn't do justice. Very late delivery, I had my pizza delivered to someone else as well. They had to start over; there are better places in Bangor. Pizza House, Kebaby, Bella Bella in order of my preference.

Not up to the usual standard of service! The pizza was as good as it usually is, BUT the long wait caused by a supposedly lost order on line (even with acknowledgement) wasn't good!! Let's hope for better next time?!

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. We visited the shop 24th Aug 5:20pm pm to order a couple of pizza's after a tiring day walking. I was told at the door I had to order online, which was fair enough due to Covid etc. I did this whilst sat in my car outside the shop. I downloaded the Dominos app and tried to find the offers which were on the posters in the window of the shop. Medium pizza's for £5.99 with 2 toppings and also Buy one get one free on any size pizza. I found the medium pizza for £5.99 added to my basket, then tried a 2nd one but it came up as £15.99. I tried a few more times but without success. I went to the door and spoke to the guy behind the counter, who was less than helpful. He said "It must be a glitch", so I asked him , how do I order 2 medium pizza's for £5.99, he said "You have to do it on the app" I told him the offer was not on there, he said, sorry I cannot do it. POOR customer skills. I asked him his he had ever tried using their app, he said no. I suggested he should try, it it was not very good. He just shrugged his shoulders. I went back to the car and ordered 2 pizza's for £11.98 with a preferred delivery time of 10-15 minutes. Sat in the car and waited. I received an email saying the order was placed at 17:39 and that I would receive a text when the order was ready. 20 minutes later, no message, 40 minutes later no message. At 18:35 I went to the shop and asked them when my order would be ready. The same guy at the desk asked me for the order number, looked it it, first he said, there was no order with that number, then muttered something like, I messaged you 10 minutes ago, which was an absolute lie, then he handed me the two pizza's. No apology, no nothing. The guy on the front desk needs some customer service training. In the time I sat outside, other customers came and went collecting their pizza's. At least 3 of them got the wrong order. Poor Poor Poor.

Honestly just fills a hole. I have had countless domino's and 2 from this location and I have to say this is probably the worst one.Got my order wrong first time and the pizza was pretty cold on arrival even though it came in 20 minutes.2nd time I got a free pizza and it came really quick but its still hard and cold. How does this happen?. Most domino's I get the pizzas are greasy Af and hot forever, why I get em.Oh well dissappointed.
