The staff are friendly and helpful. The bedroom is a good size for a couple. Welcomed our dog with no issues. The beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were hard and breakfast was not good. Would be perfect for a night's stay but not for a long holiday

Great location. I was in the attic. An awful lot of stairs, could be told this before you book! I arrived early, couldn't have my key until 4.00pm so I had to hang around in the cold. I telephoned reception but no answering service. Very clean, fab views, lovely en suite staff ok

Second time staying here..First stay was better I think... kettle in bedroom long overdue for a change.Room was nice with view of the pier. I did not enjoy Christmas dinner but in general breakfast and other dinner was fine. The only main issue I had was the utensils and dishes weren't cleaned thoroughly.

Amazing location elevated and overlooking the Pier. The room is nice with all you would expect, including a bonus, a jacuzzi. The food in the restaurant is excellent, with fish courses, the steak was not brilliant tho. Staff sociable and helpful, service was excellent in the bar and restaurant.

Possibly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Booked two rooms with breakfast costing £160. I would have been disappointed at half that price. Rooms dirty and messy, might have been OK 20yrs ago. We picked the place because it was advertised with a bar, only to find a private function on in bar. We were moved into the conservatory and it was cold. We then checked the time of breakfast ( asking the staff if it was bank holiday hrs) we were told normal hrs for breakfast. We went for breakfast only to be told we weren't on the list! When we complained the staff were rude and unhelpful. Don't waste your money with this dirty run down, badly managed scruffy hotel.

Excellent from the first moment to the end. Receptionist was polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. A lovely sea view. After a good night's sleep breakfast was served by helpful and cheery ladies. Well done all. Very pleasent stay. Will definitely stay again. Ps. A dog friendly hotel.

Perfect for short stay in Bangor. Cosy en-suite rooms, massive breakfast (if you've got room) and very pleasant staff. Only drawback is the limited free car parking, had to find on-street parking for one night of my three night stay.

Both my wife and I spent 6 nights at this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and very tasty. The room was clean and the view was fantastic. On the downside at our age we found the stairs a little uncomfortable but this did not spoil our stay. Alround we had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is situated close to many amenities.

Enjoyed fine evening meal there last week. Nice varied and out of the ordinary dishes advertised. Service and attention first class. Be warned, size of dishes served are large and we were unable to clear our plates. Surprisingly very reasonably priced with nice restaurant ambience and

Rooms a little dated but nice bathroom with great shower. Myself and a colleague have eaten here two of the three nights stay and I can say the food has been of a very good standard. Highly recommend trying the food. All staff have been polite and helpful which has added to an overall good experience with a great view to top it off.
