Garddfon Inn in Gwynedd

Excellent bar and restaurant. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, with quick service too. Food is excellent here, the portions are very big, and well worth the money! Would definitely recommend the sharing platters too. There's toilets inside, and dogs are welcome in the lounge area of the bar, but not in the restaurant in the back. Amazing place to go for a drink and sit on the picnic tables outside which face the Menai. 10/10

Very nice pub down by the marina in Felinheli. Friendly staff who were very accommodating with our meal request. I had delicious white bait and fish and chips with a couple of ales

I cannot state how nice the food is here! I had the mushroom gratin to start, seafood mixed grill for the main and lemon tart for dessert! Absolutely sublime and a stunning location ♥️♥️♥️

Had a couple of evening meals here and a few drinks. The place is spectacular. Great service. Great food. The staff are very friendly and did my mum scampi despite it not being on the menu. Many thanks. Would certainly recommend. 🙂

Stopped on a whim, had great starters (halloumis fries and crispy squid) followed by incredible mains (king prawn linguine and seafood risotto). All the food was top drawer, the service was fast and friendly, the portion size of the mains was excellent - we nearly didn't finish. On top of everything the beer was lovely and there's a beautiful view too.

THE best pub to go to in north wales!! Fantastic lunch and evening menu, dog friendly pub. Stunning views of the sunsets. And the decor was just MAGICAL.The best pub I think I’ve ever visited. Everyone was friendly and had the most wonderful staff.If I could rate it a 10 star I would.Highly recommend

The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We had the non-seaview double room which was spotless, plenty of storage and a really comfortable bed.The bar has plenty of comfortable seating inside and a lot of tables outside with amazing views across the Menai Straits.Had dinner in the restaurant and at first glance the cost of the mains seemed high until you see the portion sizes - worth every penny. Everything was homemade and fresh.Parking was free.Would highly recommend staying here.

Allowed us in despite having not booked and being busy towards the end of the day.Delicious roast dinner with maple portions and the dessert was equally tasty and beautifully presented.Many thanks

Visited with 2 other friends on a Friday night - pub was busy. But service and food was great. Menu isn't big - but it got all the pub grub you would expect. Went for the Garddfon Burger and couldn't fault it - it was delicious! Staff were very helpful and we're offering drinks when we were empty and even suggested some of the puddings choices. Again, plenty of choice of them too. Will definitely visit again very soon.

Popped in on a very wet day. Greeted by friendly staff and a roaring fire. Doggy friendly as well. Food was great and service was quick and friendly. Recommend the Calamari and the Full Rack of Ribs. Also there was a good selection of beers. Well worth the visit and will return again. 👍
