We stopped for some drinks and food while hiking past. Sat inside upstairs (downstairs is only for drinks at the moment). We was made very welcome even in our stinky hiking gear 😅.Had a few drinks, jacket potato and a sandwich... Quick service and very tasty. Will definitely visit again when we are on the area 👍

Lovely pub on the river bank. Amazing views across the Wlesh countryside. We went twice on our holiday and they gave us the perfect table both times; in a quiet corner so our dogs could settle. The food was excellent and the service couldn't have been better. If you're in the area you should give this one a try.

Lovely place, just what’s needed after a long days walking. The views are spectacular for watching the tide come in and out. It’s a lovely little pub inside, the food was tasty and wholesome. The only negatives were the service was poor and inattentive. The waiting staff were slow and seem uninterested. The prices were also a touch high, but overall it was a good experience.

Lovely location with great views. Booked table for 8pm but arrived 3 min late. On arrival was told that the kitchen closed at 8. Luckily they still saw us. Feel like if your last table booking is for 8 then the kitchen should be open for a little longer. Somthing to bear in mind when you book with them. Food was good but not amazing. Good skinny fries and nice local place to try if your close by.

Absolutely delicious Sunday lunch (mine a vegan one) as part of my hen weekend. Staff were great and everyone enjoyed themselves! Would definitely return and would love to stay in one of their rooms next time!

Very nice place to visit. Staff are welcoming and service was good. The location is the best bit, as it is situated right against the water. Area isn't too busy so you can enjoy a beer/drink whilst enjoying the views.

Saw this restaurant/hotel when we first got here and really wanted to go. Can honestly say it was the best spot to visit since being in Wales! Amazing food, very welcoming - all down to their incredible hostess, Sarah (I hope I spelt your name right). We encountered Sarah at the front desk and she was literally the most welcoming, friendly person we have met since we have been here. Just a genuinely happy and good person. Thank you for making our experience here 10x better just in a few hours, I hope you have an incredible time when you’re in our neck of the woods! Thank you again for being so lovely.

Excellent! We spent two nights for my birthday and really enjoyed our stay. The pub is dog friendly so even puppy could be with us. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff, great food and beautiful walks. A special mention must go to Leo and Alfie who, in my opinion, we're excellent. We will be back!

I am reluctant to say how nice it is in case it gets too busy for a future visit!Lovely staff, lovely location, lovely rooms, lovely food.If you like bird watching, get a room overlooking the estuary for the waders and other species that fly in and out!

This was our first stay at a dog friendly hotel with our collie, and I was pretty nervous as we don't often go for hotels when planning trips even without the dog. The trip has completely changed my mind around them! It was such a wonderful experience and the hotel was just incredible. The views are stunning and waking up looking out onto the estuary was like a dream. The standard of care that has gone into every part of the pub, restaurant and rooms is impeccable and a credit to the brilliant team. We felt completely looked after from arrival through to leaving and can't wait to be back. Best trip in years, thank you so much.
