Golden Inn in Gwynedd

Had to return after 45 mins for them to cook, thats cool but after checking when we picked it up one dinner was missing and there would be a further 30 mins plus wait to receive this.Chips were dry and the ribs were dry and bland seemed old? The vegetable chow mein was really nice however.Info for others...There is no mention of ingredients / allergies on the menu and limited possible? vegetarian options ( unsure as may be cooked in animal fat) .. no vegan . No tofu I could see on menu.Sorry to only leave 2 star but think good to know to improve?

Great prices for a seaside takeaway. 40 minute wait in busiest times. There's a car park opposite and a two car parking bay right outside where you can park for free for 20 minutes

Amazing food and the woman at the desk was very lovely and helpful. I definitely recommend going I’ll definitely be going again the food is so good 😊

Not the best takeaway experience, but the food was just about edible, people are certainly right with the "faulty towers" comments and had a fifty-minute wait on a quiet night in October

In respond to Aled John Edwards's review. It is 100% not possible that you have ordered food from Golden Inn as they were closed for almost 2 months for renovation. There are witnesses and prove for that and your bad review will be reported to Google. Your action is not appreciated knowing it is already hard for business owners during toughest period.

I got food poisoning from there as did my mum whom i treated to it will never be going there again absolutely Dreadful food was definitely not cooked properly we had various chicken dishes from here never will i be recomending it to anyone oor going there again

Lovely food, bit different to our local, but when in Rome..Customer service was lovely, polite on the phone & timescales were accurate.

Food was very greasy, lacking flavour other than salt, some was burned, noodles were very soggy and seemed old, have tried many Chinese takeaways and this has to be one of the worse I have had. Went there based on good reviews, so may just be an off night, but based on what we just attempted to eat and threw most of away, I cannot recommend this place!

The staff refused to serve me because I had an allergy! I promptly reported this illegal and discriminatory behaviour to the food standards agency. Not only that, they were also rude, e.g. they picked up the phone mid way through us giving our order without excusing themselves! We went to the nearby Indian who were polite and promptly gave us all the allergy information we needed and with great food.

Great food, really yummy. Have eaten here twice now in the last 2 years (we're not locals) and enjoyed it both times.Would be 5 stars if the atmosphere and facilities were better. No back ground music makes it a bit awkward when its quiet. But the food would get 5 every time 😁
