Absolutely shocking tell you half hour it’s an hour-hour and a half every time! No apology no compliments for the extra wait!

I'm not fussy at all, I can let a lot of things slide. But this was the worst Chinese I've ever eaten. Absolutely dreadful food. If you are a tourist, please AVOID!Visiting Ffestiniog for the first time, there's already a lack of local take-aways so I had to take a gamble. This one didn't pay off.Chicken Chow Mein: I received dry Shredded chicken on top of a very blend Chow Mein. Didn't order Shredded chicken so I don't know why I was given this.Special Chow Mein: Actually received decent amount of meat in this, however we ordered it WITHOUT beef, and there was in fact beef.Salt & Pepper Chicken: Absolutely drenched in slices of onion & garlic, it's like they were trying to get rid of the onions & garlic or something. Almost no vegetables but swimming in Onion and Garlic, it was revolting.Chips: Cold, dry, chewy and 100% left over from a previous order or possibly the day before.Everything that could have gone wrong with this order went wrong. They clearly don't care. However the girl who served the food and took the phone order was lovely.

The last place open for food when we arrived at our hotel so we ordered and crossed out fingers. Was pleasantly surprised! Good priced food, large portions and very tasty. Overall would recommend.

Very disappointing. I waited forever an hour for my order, and saw people who ordered after me get their orders first. When I asked about this, I was toldThat this is because I had a larger order!! Terrible! The food was also very average- the chicken was over fried and rock hard. Wouldn’t recommend this place, mainly for their service

The food is lovely, the set dinner for two is me and the wife's favourite. You are best off phoning first, and they only accept cash. Parking can be tricky if its busy, and there is only a small waiting area.
